They said they couldn't see the truck changing lanes because it was raining hard? And they were driving like it was a sunny day and dry pavement? Why could the camera catch the semi changing lanes and the cammer trying to stay in their lane, but the cammer couldn't see the same thing? Letting their ego drive them resulted in their car getting damaged.
took the words out of my mouth... while the truck was at fault for the merge, he was actually clear when he started merging, this person hit the accelerator to make a point and found out the hard way that physics is the true winner in all car accidents.
The car should be at fault honestly because regardless of if he could see the blinker or not, he definitely saw the big ass semi trying to merge over so why not let him in? There was another semi infront of him so it's not like he was going anywhere during that lol...

They were coming up on their exit; it's a left-exit lane. Also, it's NC. One of the most lax states in the country on left-lane laws. Basically NC law states if you're going below the speed limit, stay out of the left lane. And that's about it. It's dumb, but it is what it is.

Hey guys, a bit of information. He has a UA-cam channel that I’m not going to mention, but he does this on purpose. He drives way under the speed limit and then will attempt to push cars off the road that are just trying to get around him. See how he has his MPH turned off on his GPS. He’s an instigator and his videos should not be allowed to be uploaded to dashcam channels

I used to rent out uhauls for a living and holy fuck 95% those people didn't know how to drive so that truck cutting everyone off doesn't surprise me at all. One of the more stupid people I had rented a truck specially without uhaul insurance and then 5mins after leaving my office he called me and said he got into an accident down the road and wanted to know if he could add the insurance now. Wtf people. Another one was when someone used a uhaul and small tow dolly to haul their 4wd pickup truck (which it should have been put on an auto transport trailer not the small dolly) AND had the stupidity to leave the parking brake on in the truck. It was completely undrivable when he brought the tow dolly to drop off at my location and he planned to drive the truck home. THEN had the gall try and claim that uhaul broke his truck. And if you've ever towed a car with uhaul you know they're supposed to verify year/make/model of what You're towing before they rent it, well on his contract it said he was towing a tiny little fwd sports car not a friggin pick up truck.

01:22 everyone watch his hands. This is how you make a quick but controlled maneuver *around* an obstacle at 'higher' speeds. You don't wrench the wheel like ur trying to parellel park which will inevitably send u into a crash.
At high speeds you're covering much more distance per second than at low speed, so you don't have to turn the wheel nearly as much. And it helps if you also correct the trajectory right at the end, returning u to a straight position rather than swaying back and forth until u fishtail out of control

Honestly, I kinda assumed everybody knew this. I know there are tons of videos of people overcorrecting on the highway, but I never imagined they were actually yanking their wheel that hard -- I figured it was bad tires, bad conditions, or both.

I remember when I first learned to drive a manual transmission. I bought a brand new turbo Eclipse GSX and only got a 20 minute lesson from the salesman prior to buying it. I did stall a few times at traffic lights but other drivers were really cool. I really appreciated that.

I'm glad manual transmission is more popular over here in europe. I mean, automatic transmission has it's benefits but with manual transmission you can have fun or save gas when using it right.

@@TrafficDEManual transmissions here in the United States used to be standard when you bought a new car. Now if you want a manual transmission, in most brands, it's an upgrade from the automatic because the manuan transmission is considered sportier.

I am saying the cammer was involved in instigating the confrontation by cutting off the truck, then intentionally slowing down. They even allude to this in their commentary that he "got over anyways" when he saw the truck blocking him from passing.

I've always hated left lane exits. Not only do you have to deal with the left lane campers, but now you have slow drivers who may not normally camp in the left lane sit there thinking they can be there because their exit will be coming up in 10 or 20 miles.

Nah, 50/50. There were 2 morons in that clip. And since the trucker sped off and the trailer number is as clear as day in the clip, the trucker will end up taking 100% of the blame. The car and Uhaul were together, Uhaul guy missed his turn, probably in a new town and his buddy helping him move just did what he could and wasn't really that bad if everyone just understands and backs off a little.

I left Oregon on the 31st of March, traveled to Fort Payne, AL and with an overnight in hotel, headed back home. The whole way I saw so many crazy things, drivers passing on the shoulder, fender benders, my fiancé being assaulted (and those cops saying they don't arrest for that), overturned semis, one on fire, it's insane how scary the roads are nowadays. The worst, for me was two semis doing a road rage thing with my little VW rabbit in the middle, that was so scary as I just knew i was gonna be slammed in to next week lol. Be careful out there everyone and slow down..so many are in a hurry when there is no reason to be.

They really shouldn’t have been trying to get behind the semi while so close to the other, that’s such a dangerous spot to be in. Getting boxed in by semis is so easy to do when you’re reckless and stupid. Especially in the rain going 80mph. There was no safe way to change lanes out of that, like threading a needle like it looked the cammer was wanting. It was impossible and incredibly dumb.
