Well, it’s sad that for what I’m understanding is that this boy that is apparently 18 brought to 16-year-old into the house and I believe it’s his parents or parents that rents or owns the house that parent should’ve asked for the defendants ID before she even came over, or started living in the house, because of something happened to her, like the plaintiff Found out she keyed her car earlier and set her up and beat her up in the house and she got severely hurt. The defendants mom could sue that parent if my son is 18 and living with me and he brings back somebody I’m asking for their ID and if they don’t give it to me I’ll be like then you guys go somewhere else cause I’m not being liable if something happens to you if you’re underage? Also, I wanna know why her mom just let her live there. If it’s a party house she could end up getting addicted to drugs alcohol maybe even get pregnant the chances of her getting sexually assaulted is at a high rate since there were a ton of people living there, I wanna know if the mom tried to get her daughter back to her house like calling the cops or what because technically she ran away from home, and I wanna know if the Mom and listed rules boundaries discipline all of that when she was a toddler, a child, a preteen, because statistic show if a single parent does not enlist those Things with their child. They are more than likely to have severe behavioral problems when they’re a teenager because I feel like if there’s not really a in between because I’ve had friends that had single moms where their moms were not helicopter parents, but they enlisted rules, boundaries, limitations, and discipline, and all that and their kids, my friends New better and they did not give their mom, a lot of grief or heartache, and then my other friends who had single moms that did not enlist any of those things rules boundaries limitation discipline whatever it may be that when they turn into teenagers, they were unruly, teenagers, disrespectful, think they could do whatever they wanted And then their mom tried to enlist those rules boundaries limitations discipline when they were a teenager I’m not trying to compare a teenager to a dog but it’s like when you get a dog from the shelter you could either get a dog or you could get a dog with a lot of issues and behavioral problems, and It’s a lot harder to train them when they’re five or six or eight years old and I’m not saying train a teenager but it’s kind of the same thing you can’t just all of a sudden do that I mean you can cause that’s being a good parent but in a way, it’s a lot harder to raise a teenager

Not that I'm defending Nick here, but it's easy to understand how he wouldn't have known that. She could have told him she was 22 and it's entirely believable. What suspect happened was that Nick brought girl best friend into house, she probably assumed they'd be a couple--which is what normally happens. Mikayla moves in and she acts like a bitch to her. Eventually Nick gets tired of her and she figures it must be because Sierra was responsible. So she acted out.

What MOTHER allows her 16 year old to stay with a bunch of low lifes?! Are you serious?! Then tells the judge 👩‍⚖️ “I’ve tried therapy etc” HOW ABOUT BELT LADY?! DISCIPLINE

    • @joshplayzgamezz

Belts are for people who don't understand how to properly discipline children.
Physical discipline will only go so far and alot of times will only instill fear, not help the child to understand what wrong had actually been done.
Kids are alot smarter than most adults think

@@lookinatyoulookinatme1600 again more people on the internet assuming things about people.
I never said I don't have kids and I never said I haven't helped to rear children as needed.
I simply said that physical discipline will only go so far, there are far better means of discipline other than just a spanking or switching.
Sentences, corner time, grounding from entertainment or video games, so many possibilities other than just a spanking
Instilling respect and understanding can go much further than the fear of punishment

    • @joshplayzgamezz

@@lookinatyoulookinatme1600 I love how your saying that my type of punishment won't work, but yours saying that a spanking would.
She is a 16 or 17 year old kid and your suggestion is a good old fashioned threatening to "take them out"
Coming from a single parent household with physical and emotional punishment on a regular basis, I can promise you it would not work for thus girl, she is far to past that point.
I was simply saying that physical punishment is not the answer, for this girl and in general, especially for someone so far gone.
But you may think what you wish, thats the point of opinions and just as a blanket statement, yes I know sometimes I come across as "self-righteous" but that is the furthest thing from the truth. Its more like self-loathing, I just come across as that way with being overly logical towards everything.
Also the fact of how you responded to me at the start comes across the same way with that "hush it up"
Being open minded about things can have a huge benefit with many things in life, as I say that I do realize that I am not as open minded with physical punishment as others in the world. That has a great deal to do with the abundance of abuse I grew up with (not trying to play the "victim" card at all, just stating facts, I honistly view alot of my abuse as an advantage because it helps me to realize what not to do)

@@lookinatyoulookinatme1600 it's funny your saying that I didn't read all of your post even though I did.
Also I never said to ground that girl or take away her toys, I was simply saying in general, not this specific situation, but than again if you had of read what I said you would see that.
Truly funny that you think what you do, perhaps if you take what you say and apply it to yourself in the same ways you are telling others then you may see what I'm saying.
The fact you think I want to be "right" is funny. I literally live me life with the thought of "everything I think nd believe may be wrong" I literally say that to my friends all the time when we have discussions.
Also I have had children before, i was not suggesting to ground the 16 yeah old, was simply saying IN GENERAL that physical punishment that so many parents rely on is not the best means for punishment. So good luck with those assumptions you have.

@@lookinatyoulookinatme1600 if you say so old lady, but I don't believe that you are every parent. You say parents don't rely on punishment, but what I've seen in my life says a different story completely.
Oh and just so you know, some parents do actually think "how can I punish my kids today" it may be an exception, but my mother very much did that till I was about 14. Had a friend who had a very similar situation who ended up killing himself to get away from his mother. So if your saying parents don't do that, please do tell me why my best friend killed himself and please do tell me why my own brother hung himself if it wasn't for the fact of the overwhelming use of physical punishment?
I truly think that you just can't accept a differing opinion than what you believe, claiming I'm the self-righteous one. I even explained that I understand how I come across that way, the same way I explained it to my friend. To bad your stuck up in your own ways that you can't see that.
And all I was originally trying to say is that physical punishment isn't always the answer, but apparently I'm wrong according to you
Good luck spanking that 16 year old into submission, let's she how much more hate someone like that will develop, for all we know the 16 year old may have delt with abuse and just didn't have the drive to say something about it
Also side note, if you are a person of "god" as you said the "fear of god" needs to be put into her, why would you argue just as many of those who don't even believe in a God?
I thought people of "god" where better than that, or maybe your just like so many other puffed up religious people who believe that the way they believe is the only way. Because that's very much how your coming across
