I dont get it. The path that ae takes to locate the files is still the same as in my other comupter, meaning the files cant be located on this comupter (since it's a mac to windos transfer)

nat this is late but it depends on what version of ae you have. for example ae cc 19 can work for any other ae except for aecs6

Did you follow the tutorial and send them the complete zip file? Or did you only send them the project file?
