These mini-muffin donuts are simple and easy to make. With the topping options you are sure to please every taste. Don’t limit yourself to the three I suggested. Kids love sprinkles on everything, and you can add sprinkles to the plain or chocolate glaze while it is wet. You can also sprinkle coconut or chopped nuts on the wet glazed muffins.
Have fun with these tasty little treats. Make some memories. This is one of those recipes that just might turn into a family tradition.

Ingredients:
Muffins:
1 cup Self-Rising Flour (1 c AP Flour + 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder + 1/8 tsp salt)
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Milk
¼ cup Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Cinnamon & Sugar Coating:
½ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ cup Butter
Glaze:
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 + tablespoon Milk
Chocolate Glaze (Mine and Alexa’s Favorite):
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2 tablespoons Cocoa
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 + tablespoon Milk

Becky, I love these donuts. I don’t like putting them in oil to fry them. I have a couple of mini bunt cake pans. I’m going to put them in those pans. Hi you made your Hillbilly Fudge last year with Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips and Condence Milk well I made it for Valentines Day but I don't have a microwave so I melted the chips in a quart pot and added the milk spreader on my cookie sheet with wax paper and covered with plastic wrap let me tell you it was the Best fudge I ever had. Hello from Maine, where Dunkin Donuts rule. Mostly cake donuts there, too. I’m surprised to see no egg in the batter? Fascinating. Another nice glaze is lemon. Lemon extract and zest. If you do this with lime and then roll it in coconut it would be great and summery. ( We just had an 11 inch snow storm here ). Our regional favorite is a potato dough - apple cider donut rolled in cinnamon sugar.

Ohhhh, so good! While lovely wife was away working in the church office I watched this latest from you and decided to try it. I have had successes and failures but this was a great success. Not having a mini muffin pan I used full size. The muffins came out of the oven just as my wife arrived home and we had warm donut muffins dipped in the butter and cinnamon sugar and some dipped in the glaze. Then we shared one more dipped in butter, cinnamon sugar and glaze. Yum! No cocoa on hand so skipped that but will pick some up. I have been informed that this recipe will be kept and used when the family comes to visit. So easy I'll bet it will be more often than that. You bring great smiles. Thank you.
