HC, this is the 1st time I watched your channel YT suggested it. I really enjoyed your cooking techniques. When I make zucchini fritters i just grate them raw and salt them next time I will try your way of cooking them. Also mixing the tomato sauce with the eggs was something I haven't tried before. Lastly the cherry drink recipe looks great though tart cherries are hard to come by here. Greek and Middle Eastern food is my absolute favorite food (followed by Vietnamese) the closest to home cooking is at our local Greek Orthodox church festival and fundraisers so it's a real treat when I can get it. Another lovely video! Those breakfast tortillas look wonderful, great idea! And a sweet one as well! Tomato scrambled egg, oh wow, probably one of of the most delicious meals!! Havent had it in years!! My father makes it in Greece and at first I wasnt tempted by it, I just couldnt imagine how fantastic it would be, it really is!! And you even made fritters, wow! I love fritters, havent had them in years either! I have only made them once I think, from what I recall they didnt turn out very well...and I had no dip :-) So glad to see the you are taking care of the little kitten too❤🩹Lovely to see your grandmother as well, her special liquer must be amazing!! They certainly worth the try ♥️ I don’t know if zucchinis are available to you right now but I think you should give the fritters another try! You simply can’t experience summer without them ♥️♥️🥹I also have a huge soft spot for strays,my heart just can’t take it,if I could I’d probably have so many animals in my house 😅♥️♥️ Thank you again ♥️♥️

But maybe I will ger it tomortow anyway, you are right, its worth another try😊. Same price for a small size cucumber 🥒 so I didnt get any.

So glad you enjoyed my video ♥️♥️♥️ This is instant espresso prepared like the Greek frappe (I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of it 😅), you just pour the amount of coffee you want (2 tsp is the normal amount) and then sugar as much as you want,add water and mix it really well,then water and ice,some people prefer to also add milk 🥹 The brand I use is Nescafé Azera ♥️♥️
