HC, this is the 1st time I watched your channel YT suggested it. I really enjoyed your cooking techniques. When I make zucchini fritters i just grate them raw and salt them next time I will try your way of cooking them. Also mixing the tomato sauce with the eggs was something I haven't tried before. Lastly the cherry drink recipe looks great though tart cherries are hard to come by here. Greek and Middle Eastern food is my absolute favorite food (followed by Vietnamese) the closest to home cooking is at our local Greek Orthodox church festival and fundraisers so it's a real treat when I can get it. Havent had it in years!! My father makes it in Greece and at first I wasnt tempted by it, I just couldnt imagine how fantastic it would be, it really is!! And you even made fritters, wow! I love fritters, havent had them in years either! But maybe I will ger it tomortow anyway, you are right, its worth another try😊. Same price for a small size cucumber 🥒 so I didnt get any.
