Favorite part about St. Cloud is being away from most of the tourists. Any tourists that come through here are usually commuting to Melbourne or Cocoa beach, but it’s nowhere close to Old Town/Celebration traffic. Looking forward to the NeoCity video and other videos about the growth in this county !!
You must be a realtor because you’ve posted this message before on social media. Hallandale Beach FL is extremely old buildings and new property cost more than two houses in St. Cloud. While there is nice beaches and night life it also comes at a price. Orlando is significantly better on all aspects from professional work to attractions. Hallandale as stated has buildings from the 1950s maybe even older and new ones easily cost 1+ million. Then factor in the Flooding which is the worst, just last year 100s of vehicles loss

Absolutely - I love having access to all of the “touristy” stuff but being able to get out of that hustle and bustle when we’re done.
I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good nightlife.🇺🇸
