This was a really good review, short and to the point. I have one of these myself and I've yet to get my hands on a Newcastle DraughtKeg but my biggest disappointment (at least with the Heineken kegs) is that no matter how you pour it you get WAY too much head on the beer every time!
I have a video about repairing the power supply. Mine has failed quite a bit, it is currently running on something that looks like a laptop charger. If you don't like fixing things, not sure its I would buy one. Also, I'm finding it harder to find stores carrying the small kegs, especially in New Castle. FYI: it uses a thermo electric cooling chip, that parts seems to work well....or atlas that has never failed, just the power supply and fan....
You can reuse the tubes just take a butter knife and there's 3 thin slots on top just a simple pry and the clips come unattached and you just pull off and ready for reuse. I would recommend replacement after every 3 kegs. Not for wear but for a clean tube.
What stinks is that it's all these bad reviews that makes people not want to purchase the unit. So nobody buys it, and sales suffer. Heineken sees this and decides not to release any other flavors of the 100 plus brands Heineken brews. Sad.
And yes, i did put in a very cold, new keg, still 80% head. Waste of money, seriously needs improvements. Will not buy another keg, but will donate it to goodwill or put on ebay.
I just found one of these in the trash. It cools quickly and I just say this video and learned alot. I need to buy new tube and I'll be drinking.
Thanks for the help haven't used in years but your video really helped me.
Thank you for your wizardry, gentlemen.

Verrrrry wrong.
verrrrrry verrrrrrry wrong
hahahahah
Well put. These guys didn't have a clue.
found one for $5 at the flea market
I don't know the point of The Beertender since it's best to cool the KEG on the frige!
There is no point, it's a gimmick.

2.2 pints to litre. first pours tend to have foam.
Where did you get your b90 for a hundred bucks. NEW ARE 300.00 - 400.00 USA. Out of touch are we.
Said part is they don't make these kegs any more they discontinued it.
Can't find Newcastle's beer anywhere..
How can I use it for homebrew?
I'd rather brew some GOOD beer, chuck it in my 9.5L keg and chuck it in my kegerator
could you tell me if this is a four litre or five litre tab?
Five
just rinse & sterilize the nozzle and then re-use.
You guys aren't great with beer I see; a pint glass is half a liter (500ml) so 5l is around 10 pints.
Be still my beating heart. . .
terrible pour job
Could you make your own beer for this?
There’s like 8/9 pints in 5 litres
10.57 pints but close enough
How long does it take to cold the beer?
oh that's a lot of head ...that's what she said lol
Too bad there's such a limited selection of beer.
I was gonna buy one of these on Craigslist until I watched this video. That beer is the definition of an EPIC FAIL !!!!
you guys should be reviewing computers or iphones not beer...just seems weird
Per bere così tanta schiuma non capite nulla di birra
This was cringeworthy.
And that's why the imperial unit system is shyte
Waste of money. Just put the dam thing in the fridge.
