Hey guys, do you have any thoughts on the Goldy? I can't decide whether a 2 bed unit (small complex) in Southport or a 3 bed townhouse in Carrara would be better for my 1st purchase. Cheers

Both good options, we currently buy in alternative markets for our clients as we believe GC is near the peak of its cycle. Over the long term I’m sure you would be okay with both.
