Rest is all good but I find in your cooking you don't value nutrition in your food which is a big minus point. Bcause mostly you throw the water in which you boil veggies. You MUST use the same water while making curries. Here too you used plain water for gravy instead of stock of veggies. As a chef I will cut your 4 marks out of 10.
