Sour apples! The RS4 B7 might be a good shout as well. Hailed by Clarkson to be one of the best three engines ever made in his opinion, alongside the LFA V10 and an Alfa Romeo V6.
Great list of cars here. The F8 Tributo is already going up in value and highly probable the last non hybrid V8 from Ferrari with that glorious Pista engine. 918 for sure going to be a classic as well. I would love to get one.
I own a 996 4S Porsche. Great car. But you have to be delusional to think it's going to be an investment. Just look at the 911 production numbers. They made about 1.5 times more 996's than they made the last air cooled 964 and 993 COMBINED. And half of those last air cooled are targas, tips or cabrios. Not so many good manual Carreras around. New Porsches are mass produced cars, the old air cooled cars were hand built and the new ones will never, ever be collectible. They have already made about 8000 992 GT3's and the 992 total production number must be pushing 300K. You think those will ever be as valuable as something like 993 GT2 (production numbers were about 400) or 964 3.6 Turbo S (production numbers a few hundred max). Cheers. 964: 63,762 993: 68.029 996: 175,164 997: 212,964 991: 233,540
W204 C63 with 6.2 lt naturally aspirated engine, Coupe a must 😍worth the money for the sound alone, V8 M3 BMW had main bearing problems, big cost, they will spin. Alfa V6 a very underrated, beautiful engine and chassis, dives so well, not M3 harsh.
I think the s65/cl65 with the v12s will defo appreciate in value, especially the newer s65 as its only limited to 800 I believe, I also believe the m760li will defo appreciate as it only goes for 50k now
The LC 500 has unfortunately just gone out of production, however, I think that this will cause the values to go up very soon. if you can afford one, GET ONE!!!!!
I think the 8Y Audi RS3 could be a future classic. The model will probably be the last hurrah for the 5 pot. I'm lucky enough to have one on in Kylami green or sour apples
I'm going to chime in here, as I was thinking the same, I have had mine for over 2 years now, and it is a great daily driver, very capable car, great on B roads/ motorways gets the power down when you need it thanks to that b58 platform. Just not as quite refined as a full 'M' car, obvious I know, a list of modifications are well recommended to get these anywhere near handling of the likes of the M2's, not to mention the dreaded open diff, an LSD, as a minimum, is a must to get the most out the 140's, with that being said you will find most have already been modified as it's a popular favorite with obtainable power for not so much £, so unless you want one pre modified/ tuned, keeping an eye out for a stock one will be advisable. Oh, and let's not forget the newer generations of the 1 series have not had rear wheel drive or b58 m40i derivatives, so that's a plus. As for the values, they have gone down drastically, during the global cough, these were trading well in the mid 20k's, now we're looking at a decent one about 17/18k, so represents good value, but insurance costs are a killer due to them being crashed or stolen regularly. (Which might be a good thing in years to come if the numbers continue to decrease) Long comment, I know. I hope it helps someone here regardless 👊🏽
Lotus Elise S2000 BMW 1M Mustang Bullit C6 Z06, ZR1 Grand Cherokee Trackhawk Chevrolet SS/ Holden/Vauxhaul Monaro Infiniti G37s manual coupe The grand daddy of all future classics: Porsche GT4 (non RS) or Boxter Spyder = Baby Carrera GT
SOUR APPLES but I feel like the F12 Berlinetta is probably the best pick since ferrari is probably moving towards hybrids and electric cars now and its one of the last models with a huge ass NA v12 and looks amazing
Not really a fan of Urus, at all. I don't see why everyone are so kin about the Urus so madly. With the Aston Martin DB707, and the Porsche Cayenne Turbo, are really a big competition for the Urus. Does two, i can buy and feel very well relaxed. Urus, is a no no.
Sour apples! I would have included the 488 as right now compared to F8s they seem very cheap and over looked, plus I think the design of the 488 was more liked
Sour apples, as mentioned previously, I also think the e9x generation m3's represent good value for money and with the rate we're going now, will become classics. You should get both a coupe c63 w204 & e92 m3, thank me later.
I am loving the content, but why do you have to mention the W204 C63. Since learning about that car and it being at the price it is, I've been wanting one for a long time. (Sour Apples)
SOUR APPLES SOUR APPLES SOUR APPLES SOUR APPLES SOUR APPLES SOUR APPLES Great Vid btw, although I would like to add some cars to this list. Alfa Romeo Stelvio/Stelvio QV- Very underrated car, same points regarding the Giulia. Am I wrong in saying that the Giulia QV is sorta like the italian M3? Also for more context, I feel like the Stelvio has better build quality compared to the Land Rover,Mercedes and Volvo. Please watch its Review on Top Gear(Season 25) Aston Martin DBS(2007)- The last N/A V12 Aston that came with both 6AT and 6MT. Chevy Camaro/Dodge Challenger,Charger- Not a lot of people are a fan of Ford and they're alternatives was Chevy and Dodge. R.I.P American V8. Jaguar XE Project 8 and F type Project 8- I personally think that Jag lost a lot of money developing these cars, as they wanted build or lure customers in. Its this whole episode of car manufactures wanting to break nurburgring records to gain customers but they failed to make their cars reliable. Ford Focus RS- The last 4WD 6MT hot hatchback from Ford. Lamborghini Huracan STO and Lamborghini Murcielargo SV- What's there more for me to say really... Alpine A110- Everybodys review on this car has been nothing positive comments. James May and Gordon Murray actually own and drive an Alpine. Its like the perfect mini sports car, kinda better than the Alfa Romeo 4C. It would be look back 20 to 30 years from now as a classic. @tomi-auto I would actually continue but I couldn't think of a lot of em at once as there are so many cars to think about or choose from😅. But thank you 👊🏾
Where is the Aston Martin Vanquish S? Full carbon body, naturally aspirated V12. If you want a full carbon body Aston nowadays it will cost you £3 million. Epic miss.
😂i can see myself getting crucified already......BUTTT i think the Tesla Cybertruck will be a future classic not in price though...i hate it as much as most in the car world with its issues and the lies at launch....but give it years of update....i feel many will warm to it at some point and appreciate the crazy creation of one of the most talked-about cars in history. Please dont kill me😂
An honorable mention to the E92 M3 - only V8 in an M3 and it was a serious contender to the W204 C63, also around a similar price! (sour apples!)
Definitely! That’s a great shout
And the e60 550i 4.8L NA V8
Sour apples, w204 c63 is a beast and already a classic in my books
The Huracan, can't get over how good that car looks. Especially the Evo
I like the e60 M5 and 550i because the M5 has a screaming V10 and the 550i has a 4.8L NA V8.
Sour apples! The RS4 B7 might be a good shout as well. Hailed by Clarkson to be one of the best three engines ever made in his opinion, alongside the LFA V10 and an Alfa Romeo V6.
Subbed, underrated channel, this gon be the next carwow keep it up bro
Sour Apples, great watching your channel building. Getting better every video.
I agree with the LC500 as the most underrated 2 door coupe, including xkrs/ xkr and xj and good mustangs anything two-door coupe
I think the Boxster will hold its value too, especially the fact that from next year it will go EV
Yeah especially 718 Spyder
Great list of cars here. The F8 Tributo is already going up in value and highly probable the last non hybrid V8 from Ferrari with that glorious Pista engine. 918 for sure going to be a classic as well. I would love to get one.
What about the last 718 Cayman GTS ? They being discontinued soon
I think the CLS63 shooting break face lifted would be a pretty good purchase will age like sour apples

That V8 is wasted.
The last Porsche 911 turbo with a manual gearbox the 997 turbo is a future classic for sure

The F87 will be loved for sure but it probably won’t go up in value. Maybe the manual ones will.
