***** I know but the music blends so well that I do. It's just this sense of global betrayal and collapse, thinking that this jedi has probably worked and experienced victories with his fellow clone troopers. They just abruptly turn against him and kill him blindly while he thought he could count on them, you can see his expression and feel what I mean when he turns around in that scene.
man... love this scene... it's full of nothing but war and emotion... the music captures the event perfectly, to think that by episode 7 Jedi are considered a myth... damn how much time has passed for such a great time to be forgotten?
This is the best arrangement of this song since it actually includes the part of the music right after yoda kills the Clone troopers (4:47). The one on the official score omits that part for some odd reason.
"You were the chosen one! It was said that you would destroy the Sith, not join them! Bring balance to the force, not leave it in darkness." "I HATE YOU!" "You were my brother, Anakin. I loved you."
+sigurjon larus Oh, well, looks like we haven't been through the lore too well. The only difference between sith and jedi is the way they think and who killed who. Keep in mind: the jedi kicked the sith EMPIRE to pieces from full power, and a single sith flattened them in a matter of hours.
The Jedi Order was brought down to the Republic's level the day the Supreme Chancellor ordered the Republic Army and Jedi to commit genocide on the remnants of the Sith Empire to ensure they don't return. Obviously, they would come back after years and years of hiding and rebuilding and claim their revenge. But the differences between the Sith in the Old Republic era and the Rule of Two Sith are explained when Darth Bane steps in: the Sith were vicious and greedy animals, allowing internal power struggles to weaken their own empire. And the Sith back then believed that power meant equal opportunity. But Bane saw the contrary. The Force is like a poison; if it's placed into too many cups, it loses its potency.
+Inferosaurum Only by using their trust in their own allies against them. It was a very evil, very sneaky, dirty tactic. If Windu had brought some clones with him to witness Palpatine's evilness in person, many troopers would have died no doubt, but those who lived long, or even got away while the Jedi task force kept Palpatine occupied, would have commed whoever in the army they could reach and told them that Palpatine was the Sith Lord they were looking for. And when he ordered them to commit order 66, their doubts might have been just enough to turn their blasters on him instead.
2:14 "Come on!" - Ki Adi Mundi, just before being shot down
+Tetricus01 These are feels I didn't ask for.
