Granger Smith is speaking out for the first time since announcing his three-year-old son, River Kelly, died following an accidental drowning.
The country star and his wife, Amber, posted a 27-minute video on Wednesday giving fans an update on their life since the fatal incident earlier this month. In the heartbreaking clip, they share footage of homemade videos of River.

I haven’t lost a child, but I suffer agony due to a 7 yr old daughter being alienated. I have become hateful of life and everyone. I feel guilty feeling this way with what u are going through. I hope u gain peace and comfort

I can't imagine how you feel, I would die inside.
I personally know what its like to stop breathing 2 months ago I was struck by a car leaving me unconscious in the street where I struggled to stay alive when the paramedics got there I was out.. just white and black was all I saw. I still remember what it was like to take my last breaths.. it isn't scary or painful your body just slowly shuts down.

SummitLifeTV yeah me and my sister went on vacation in Florida and we hopped right in the pool and they had just got new flooring and we slipped right into the deep end and had an EXTREMELY hard time and we had gotten save thank the lord

That God is Glorified even in this and Believe this man and His is Family are after His heart. The devil comes to steal to kill and destroy. But God has purpose in tragedy. I cannot even fathom. I wish I had a rewind button for you, no one should ever have to outlive their children. Should be a finite rule of the universe. And reading the tragic account of how it happened, it’s mind boggling! You put up all the safety measures, you were playing with your kids right there, and this still happened!
Sometimes these amazing beings show up in our lives for a very short time, to bring us light and love but also to send a message to the world. And then those amazing beings, like River, are off to fulfill their next purpose. Blessings and healing for your family.
