Hi, choose robot what you like more. Hades it`s robot for medium range and Phantom it`s robot-tank for close range. But with your weapons, i would choose Phantom, because Subduer will be nerf. And, yes, Ares with Warren Ozu will be good too. What about upgrading, it's pretty cheap up to level 12, so I think you can do it
