- It's Canadas Fightingest ship, HMSCS Haida. Yes, "Fightingest" is a word in Canada. Not sure how it translates into German, though.

Jingles: Hey, what if I talk. really. really. quiet.
If it's quiet but it works.... It's still quiet.
be vewy vewy quiet he is hunting wabbit
He's just a little shy sailor. LoL
It's not that hard to control loudness, there are systems for that. EBU-R128, ReplayGain or at least RMS-based normalisation (in contrast to peak normalisation, which is poorly suited). Please integrate one of those into your workflow.
He's trying to be a soft spoken polite Canadian?
Your intros lately are about 5 times louder than your voice...
Voice is especially low in this one
@@Qwarzz Thanks for confirming this. Im watching this with my VoIP headset and was wondering what kind of f*ckery is going on with my audio.
@@Qwarzz i agree
RepoDraghon I hadn’t noticed, I always skip his intros.
This has always been the case, sometimes more than others.
Is it just me, or is the audio a bit quiet?
yeah it is
jingels apparently forgot to tune himself up^^
Yeah, at @18:53 it seems like it goes back to normal levels. I think Hingles was just leaning back too far away from the mic and only leaned forward when things became a bit more interesting
Yea it's lower then normal
barely could hear him after intro ended
...Why am I having to turn this up almost to max on my speakers (already maxed out on UA-cam) to even hear you?...
Not just you, low hearing here too
Fine for me at normal level, volume did spike near the end though.
The overseer just fucked his audio up - again.
because the audio levels on the video are screwed up
The audio sucks on this video
14:42 No but seriously, do shoot destroyers! *meow* *_allied DD sunk_*
comedy gold
Time to crack open the finest bottle of Maple Syrup, put on our finest Plaid Shirt and apologize to everyone.
Dont forget to warm up the old toque.
And charge into the fight with hockey sticks don't ya know.
Its aboot being civilized.
Rye whiskey, hockey jerseys and eff u buddy :P
Don't forget the Tim Bits...
Yes, my day is finally blessed by the lovely purr of Akizuki.
I love how the last two surviving destroyers: Haida, and Blyskawica were actually in the same flotillas in WW2
And are symbolically twinned now as museum ships
I wish Canada had kept up with a large Navy after WW2. Makes sense since we have the most coast in the world
Yeah, though about a third of it is nearly permanently icebound.
@@accountdatabase1558 they dont have free health care pmsl nobody does!
Navy's ain't cheap...for most of the US's early history our Navy was garbage
Turn the volume up a bit :D
Volume was WAY too low on this one oh mighty one! I'll get my pick and return to mining now.
the volume level was so low i had to crank up mine to compensate then after the video i plugged in my mouse to charge and the windows sound almost blew my head off
7:06 You hit the nail on the head! Too many Sinops. You're unveiling the Sinop's world conspiracy
I see Haida, I click. I love that little boat. Honestly the ship I've had the most consistent fun in. (Close second being the Wyoming but that shouldn't count too much cuz its just seal clubbing)
Hey Mr. Jingles, been watching and enjoying your content for a long time now. Years even. Just wanted you to know I love what you do and keep up the good work! :D
The Haida is one of my favorite destroyers, bar none. It's a wonderful little experience that reminds me how fun dd's can be.
That fact that players do rarely shot dd‘s and love to shot high health targets especially hurts in my GK...
It might as well be an iceberg, cause the only thing the GK is good at is melting.
14:55 the 3 enemies have smoked up at the same time. Damn you king george!
I love this, such little damage such high value team carrying gameplay huge experience points.
3:16 "only 17 members in total because it's ranked battle"
- I love you Jingles! :D
Seven TEAM members.
Favorite game, favorite person
I would like to humbly request more videos featuring the ORP Błyskawica, because hearing our mighty overlord pronounce her name sparks absolute joy in these dark times.
I love playing the Haida. In fact, the Jingles video when it was released was what prompted me to buy it. I should submit a video sometime.
Well played Crysantos
And fightingest ship was a title given to HMS Haida by the state of texas (I think) for being heroic anyways they rescued survivors I believe. Thanks for the videos Jingles.
Always a treat to listen to Jingles and 'Zuki .
Thank you jingles! Finally someone explains the health pool percentages in regards to experience. Maybe people will focus dds now
As otehr have mentioned.
Normal Rl speech sound level for my speakers are 4% turned up, i used 16% sound lvl while watching this video to get "normal RL speech" .
...well, the day has finally arrived, I'm promoting you to Vice Admiral Jingles! Carry on Vice Admiral!
I'm just here to take a shot every time jingles fuckes up and we are off to a good start
Masterfully played!
Always like to see my country's favourite ship in action.
Toured the Haida when it was on display here inToronto.
Nearly killed myself falling down a ladder on it.
Almost did the same thing when I toured the USS Texas in Houston, TX. Museum ships can be dangerous. :P
Interesting Title, This should be fun to watch
So Mr Jingles, not only is Akazuki a cool cat, she has a great meow.
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS love your commentary but this one had low volume. Keep up the great videos
"Fightingest" is probably "Kämpferischte" in german. #Servicepost
Or Kampfküstlerischest
Ahoy The Mighty Jingles...whatever you have done to your sound today, it is much softer than it was in previous videos. I have changed nothing audio on this side, but your voice level in this is less than half of what it normally is...had to turn my volume way up just to hear you. 😢😎
I live next to a busy street and i had to amp the video by 10db to hear him
Your voice is coming from deep in the salt mines today
Going to bed Jingles is making tea PS i can see Haida from my bedroom window
Beautifully played.
Kaempferischister might come close to your description question. It is also possibly eligible for the Unwort of the year in Germany so please your votes.
Ooooooh Canada ;) it is nice to see a destroyer i grew up vsiting as a child and still today as an adult getting attention. She used to be by Ontario Place but sits in Hamilton Harbour today where I boat and fish. She is still an absolute gem. I have a photo of her in Heddle Marine Drydock getting repairs too.
Bro love you jingles
I wish they put more Canadian ships like the Haida, into “Legends”. We had 3 carriers, subs, cruisers. I would be happy with 3 ships. Good show Jingles
Vert well played match . Your commentary left laughing often .
Having to turn up my speakers near max reminds me of watching jingles back in 2012 when all he did was wot and his audio was very very quiet.
I see Jingles has not ceased to be crap.
That was very impressive.
That hoser is an honorary Canadian. In true Canadian style he just went giv'r and get'r done and he did. Like good job eh.
Less than 30 seconds in and he's already screwing it up. Never change, Jingles.
I absolutely adore Akizuki the cat. She is just adorable Jingles, the way she actually replies to you talking to her, my cat wont do that even when I have food for him.
Excellent. Well done.
Very entertaining match!
Nice game play thanks for sharing.
I've always enjoyed using my guns on JP DDs on the Fubuki and later tier ships. They always seemed to hit quite hard.
I know others have said but audio here is a bit low.
Last time I was this early, Jingles vids still were Jingles playing...
But I do prefer these replay commentaries, your style is perfect for them.
Thanks Jingles.
Excellent Sinopsis.
video description made my day :D cheers from Germany :P (i think it might actualy translate into german as "kämpferischstes schiff" :D
And nice relaxed fight !!!
YAY!!!! Finally a full Canadian ship!!!!
Now they just need to add in the Battle Canoe tech line!
Right now I'm fine with having to turn my volume waaaaay up to hear you; though in fifteen minutes when I've forgotten about my volume level and I click on another video, I'm definitely not going to be fine with having my volume waaaaay up
That was an interesting match.
The Haida was in port in Hamilton, the town I was born in. Been on the ship a couple time for a tour.
Went to the forum several times in Toronto for the 1812 ovature to watch Haida's guns do the cannon part, spectacular ( was usualy evening )
Still is
Wish I had the replay of the game I had last night in the Kidd. 5 torpedo hits, 2 floods, 91 main gun hits, 7 fires, 2 caps, 7 cap defends, 8 spots, 28 aircraft shot down, only 1 single kill and it was a devastating strike first blood on the only enemy Destroyer. He shoildn't have parked in his smoke for those torpedoes to find him
Crysantos is the only player anyone would know that I've been in a div with, great player, great guy. Worth adding- communication was a big strong point so I'm not surprised that's the case in this battle too.
I'm surprised we don't see more Haida replays. It's such a dynamic ship. Much more interesting than predictable high tier technical play.
She really is a beautiful ship!
Before the Jings even starts speaking I hit the like button because I already know.
Haida and the Blyskawica two of my favorite destroyers in the game.
...I am 100% convinced Jingles has Akizuki recorded and is using a soundboard. That or his improv is phenominal.
Nice one
that poor KGV's only chance was to rush the Haida from behind an island, and rip it with HE before the torps arrive. but he didn't even try...
all that headroom! wow
That was a great game
"Kanadas Kämpferischstes Schiff, HMSCS Haida" would be the translation. :p
Got a kraken yesterday in the KGV. Probably the only i will get.
When you lose 3 of 4 where you in ALL are at the top in xp, been fighting, kicking and screaming for a game i feel my patience is wearing thin.
WP by Crysantos!
enjoyed thx Jingles, wish Canada had MORE ships in this game ( HMCS POWERFULL) or ( Ontario)
Submarines are being added. Hype!
It's not just me then, it is a quieter than usual video.
Well jingles, We know that nowadays social distancing is a thing. But I do not think you need to do that towards your microphone. :P
16:00 you do not need to back off even more! 1.5m is more than enough!
Paraphrasing Jingles: "Players seem to assume that dealing more damage gets you more credits and experience. That's not quite true."
Me: "I know, right? Winning sure helps quite a bit with that final rewa-oh you're talking about the behind the scenes mechanics going on. Nevermind. Follow Jingle's advice and shoot the destroyers. Winning is only an optional goal." :P
Vice-Admiral Akizuki: "Rraow."
Me: "Oh shi- ."
Man I love Jingles talking to hs cat
You always were quiet, but today it's especially hard to hear you about my phone :/
I would love to hear you take on Submarines! Both from the Sub and Surface ships perspectives. While I have only played a few games, I've sunk 2 subs with my Leander. The Leander is also great at hunting Destroyers.
So far I have found playing subs challenging and sinking them not difficult.
akizuki is so cute in the background :)
Dammit Jingles, you had me thinking my hearing aid died.
The Canadians are at it again I see.
Blutty ell Jingles speak up, my volume only goes so high.
Honestly on the Akatsuki, I think one advantage of japanese destroyers is the fact that most of their turrets are rear facing, it allows you to get some distance on your opponent while most of your guns firing on them. Might not be a huge advantage but hey anything helps
My only complaint is that Chrysantos seems to have forgotten that Haida has a secondary gun which he really ought to be activating when he actually gets in a gunfight.
Great video as usual Jingles. Nice to see the name Haida pronouned properly, maybe you could give Flambass lessons?
Thats a very nice RPF, King George V
The Haida is such a great ship, I don't play any other ship and it's the only ship I could've ever gotten a 6 kill match. It's too bad or maybe a good thing hardly anyone else plays it.
I haven't played in a while, but, back in the day, I used to go hunting DD's with my BB. It was great fun, and led to some funny moments. (I remember in one game I eventually lost count of how many torps I had dodged--at least three dozen, though, as I chased a DD back to their CV, then sank both. )
I love that Destroyer ^_^
No need to substitute an adjective for the participle in german, as you can form a superlative from any participle with ease. Kanadas kämpfendstes Schiff!
Is no one going to mention that when Crysantos was fighting the KGV he was RPF'd the whole time. Meaning the KGV spent 4 points for RPF
When in doubt send in some Crazy Canadians. I visited the Haida before they moved it to Hamilton. It's a beautiful ship. It's sad that we didn't keep the HMCS Ontario (i.e. HMS Minotaur), or the HMCS Bonaventure as museum ships.
Finally A Canadian like me
Is this video absurdly quiet for anyone else? The intro was at normal volume, but the commentary is a whisper.
