  • This is Red Wharf Bay (Traeth Coch) on Anglesey. It's a beach as well as a small village with holiday accommodation and pubs. The large rock is called Castell Mawr and is thought to be the site of an Iron Age fort. We walk towards Benllech Bay which is a more family oriented tourist attraction. It's also the 4th largest town on Anglesey with a population of just over 3,000.
