Lillia would be an interesting champion to have in Project L. I think her W and Q would have a cool combo setup with E as nice projectile. Ultimate would also be cool being able to put them into sleep for a new combo setup.
Another banger good sir. I gotta say I always thought Samira is one of the most "tailor made" champs to bring into a fighting game, and the kit you guys thought up is really well made. Seems like she'd be a SonicFox character lol

This is so exciting. Maybe she can build up "style" with her offensive moves while spending "style" to do her defensive moves like the projectile-block or a stutter step or i-frames. So it adds a layer of complexity in which your balancing your "style" instead of just building up to the eventual S throughout the game.
Idea- what if they added Morgana with a baiken like tether in place of her ult, a projectile that slows you as her Q, A shield that let's her ignore a hit to go into a counter as her W and her E would work exactly the same. She could have a fun kit of trying to use her chains to pull you into her E or forcing you to play her game of trying to hit her to break the tether and her trying to W through to get a counter.
Would be fun if they also added Kayle with a kit that starts really weak but if you get in enough hits you ascend to just above regular power level and then ascend again and become insane. This fits her playstyle from league and also makes it so Morgana can delay kayle's ascension but kayle enjoys being such close range to her opponent.
Another great video. The inclusion of other fighting games to show your point worked really well for this one. Since you mentioned the discord, they did a moveset contest a while back. Worth checking out or maybe doing a quick video on. Some pretty good stuff in there or just ideas

Only crime in here is that her taunt coin hasn't been implemented. Her Taunt basically takes one gold from you and she does a slowish animation where she tosses a coin. If she hits the enemy she gets one style level. So having a mechanic like Johnny in guilty gear where she could end certain combos with a coin to empower throughout the round would be perfect for her.
As I view jax in league, I'd love to see him in project L in play style like kazuya in tekken, both are kinda turtles and love deflecting, both excels at sooo fast hits and frame advantages

Hey if you are wondering if they could have different supers for different skins then they all ready done it be for in legends of runeterra were some skin had different level up animations so it could be done and one more thing for prestige skins you would have to own the original skin and do a extra task while in the skin like do 15 supers or wining 10 battles then you would earn the prestige they would look similar to the original but the would have a golden flavor to them and it would change so efforts with the skin and they would have it own unique ult move that would the same damage as any ult but it would look very different

TBH im really not very familiar with other mobas of their characters so I dont think I'd be a good person for those adaptations but it is an interesting idea!
Samira could be an extremely hard rushdown character like angel from kof. Using the combo mechanic like angel would bring the complexity and the diversity to her playstyle which match with her daredevil design. She can do a combo with multiple hits but in order to do that you must know how to pull out her moves which is hard but satisfy. She can be the character for hardcore fighting game player to try on mastering.
no, do not gate double jumping and air dashes...she will be garbage against every whjo can do it more freely. you effectively are gimping her for the sake of gimping her.
Holy crap Samira will be such a great rush character with godly blockstrings. You could also make it so that if Samira walks away she'll gradually lose style points, this works in supporting the rush playstyle, this also works with the dmc reference and that you're not as cool if you're running away or staying back. You can also make it so that she spends bar allowing her to move up to 2 tiers above and making it so that on s tier she can't spend bar cause she's already in the highest tier.
Agreed I think that would make sense! wouldn't want her to just be perma untouchable once she levels up - the back and forth would be much more emergent
Very similar but if there are the options for multiple supers i feel like instead of having a passive then have a similar mechanic like Adult Gohan from DBZFighterz where Adult Gohan's level 1 super levels him up as a character (up to level 7) in this case leveling up samira as a character up to her max that way you can make her a bit weaker earlier but once she is max level then it is a very strong character. Also her actual super could be better to be omnidirectional.
Take this with a grain of salt but I saw a leak list posted earlier. And your girl made the cut. Roster is looking pretty stacked, I'll leave you to find the list if you want to see who else is in.
Truthfully not sure! Havent put a ton of thought into her actual kit but there has been stealth characters in other fighting games so it's definitely doable
For brand we can have him be a ranger with the passive to stack spell and for every third abilities use the next spell would become unstable and then explode damaging anyone near it and if he did enough fire damage on them, they would set the enemy on fire make it so abilities would do more damage. for ability would be sear just a normal fire ball but let say you can shoot it up or down if you jump but if the enemy was burning the fire ball would stun them for a few second. pilliar of flame would be a area attack that would damage any thing stand in it and if the enemy was ablaze it would do more damage. Then conflagration would be a ring attack that would close in on the enemy and if the enemies did not get out it would damage them. and for the ult it would be Pyroclasm where brand would shoot out a giant fire ball that would do a lot of damage and if it was stacked it would do more and if the enemy was on fire then it would do more. for a skin it would be his battle boss skin were he all is abilies would be the same but they would look very different and maybe we can have the skins have different super like insteaad of a giant fire ball he would grab you then grow giant and then burn you with a giant flame beam it would do the same damage but the legendary skin could have different super that a person can hey oh and if the person just want to stick with the normal super they can just change it in the setting.
I like it! some of what you have here actually is reminding me of some other fighters from other games, which is good! and also there is almost certainly going to be skins in the game but im very curious to see how far they will go with them. I don't know if they will have things like Legendary or Ultimate ones, but I guess time will tell!
I feel this character would have to a very Nero like game plan from dmc4. It would mostly like be a graph. So the issue would be how a very boring fight to watch.

Yea thats fair, quite a lot going on with it. But then again from what they have showed of Ekko and Ahri some really wild potential there too so I'm really curios how crazy this game is going to be. Especially with it being a Tag game some of those get NUTS! lol
I've somehow completely forgotten that it is a tag-fighter! Yeah, then you can tweak her in that aspect (mediocre tag-ins, her meter interacting with tag-ins) And yeah, it also depends on how the base systems will turn out in the end. Really can't wait for the game to release 😁
I think both would be great, especially Kayn there is some really cool stuff they could do with making him able to transform and have some different moves

I was thinking about Varus but thought it could be to similar to the Ashe video I did! In fact, got me kind of thinking about echo style champions if that could be a thing like how many fighting games have characters that follow a very similar archetype but have a few ley differences like Ryu and Ken or even something like Fox and Falco!
One champ i really want to see on project L is jhin, his kit, if ported properly, would the most textbook zoner/ set-up character in any fighting game with one of the most satisfying combo dsmage if played well
I would love to see literally all of these. haha The only one I have no idea how he would/ could work is probably Nasus but will always have a soft spot for good ol' Susan so I would be hyped to see what they could do.
@@BruiserMinion Now i got more champions: Pantheon,sion,gragas, rell, poppy, kled & scarl, kayn, zed, talon, taric, ornn, lissandra as a zoner, akali, shen, yasuo, yone, cassiopea, rek'sai. I can work on the numbers for the damage and other ideas like how taric can gain a shard over time and to make it go faster is to counter people and do grabs, and make cassiopea's ult her ultimate combo into a knock up and as they fall down they get caught in cassipoea's petrification. The hitbox would probably be the size of one of zato's combo's.
@@RoamingGolem I'm trying to keep it to one or two characters at a time and intentionally staying away from planning to many ideas at once to be honest - I've gotten pretty burnt out on other channels I've had spreading to thin. I appreciate the offer though, and seeing a lot of the comments I get here can be a huge inspiration for insight on future stuff down the road!

Then conflagration would be a ring attack that would close in on the enemy and if the enemies did not get out it would damage them. and for the ult it would be Pyroclasm where brand would shoot out a giant fire ball that would do a lot of damage and if it was stacked it would do more and if the enemy was on fire then it would do more. for a skin it would be his battle boss skin were he all is abilies would be the same but they would look very different and maybe we can have the skins have different super like insteaad of a giant fire ball he would grab you then grow giant and then burn you with a giant flame beam it would do the same damage but the legendary skin could have different super that a person can hey oh and if the person just want to stick with the normal super they can just change it in the setting.
I like it! some of what you have here actually is reminding me of some other fighters from other games, which is good! and also there is almost certainly going to be skins in the game but im very curious to see how far they will go with them. I don't know if they will have things like Legendary or Ultimate ones, but I guess time will tell!
Samira is a must for the Project L roster - It would be huge disappointment if she does not make it in.

Yea thats fair, quite a lot going on with it. But then again from what they have showed of Ekko and Ahri some really wild potential there too so I'm really curios how crazy this game is going to be. Especially with it being a Tag game some of those get NUTS! lol

I was thinking about Varus but thought it could be to similar to the Ashe video I did! In fact, got me kind of thinking about echo style champions if that could be a thing like how many fighting games have characters that follow a very similar archetype but have a few ley differences like Ryu and Ken or even something like Fox and Falco!
One champ i really want to see on project L is jhin, his kit, if ported properly, would the most textbook zoner/ set-up character in any fighting game with one of the most satisfying combo dsmage if played well

I would love to see literally all of these. haha The only one I have no idea how he would/ could work is probably Nasus but will always have a soft spot for good ol' Susan so I would be hyped to see what they could do.
@@BruiserMinion Now i got more champions: Pantheon,sion,gragas, rell, poppy, kled & scarl, kayn, zed, talon, taric, ornn, lissandra as a zoner, akali, shen, yasuo, yone, cassiopea, rek'sai. I can work on the numbers for the damage and other ideas like how taric can gain a shard over time and to make it go faster is to counter people and do grabs, and make cassiopea's ult her ultimate combo into a knock up and as they fall down they get caught in cassipoea's petrification. The hitbox would probably be the size of one of zato's combo's.

@@RoamingGolem I'm trying to keep it to one or two characters at a time and intentionally staying away from planning to many ideas at once to be honest - I've gotten pretty burnt out on other channels I've had spreading to thin. I appreciate the offer though, and seeing a lot of the comments I get here can be a huge inspiration for insight on future stuff down the road!
