Hi guys, I’m curious to know how much time you spend each week sourcing, photographing, and shipping as full time resellers. Thanks so much! Just found your videos- binge watching them now. Great stuff! Would love to see a work “day in the life of” video. Blessings!
The model name for the polo jackets used to be Harrington but they changed it to bi-swing since there is another brand called Harrington. So I think putting both in the title would help you in search. I think Harrington went on eBay and did a wave of veros in the past but I haven’t had an issue either in 4 years of putting both in my title.
Thanks for the heads-up! That’s a solid tip to use both Harrington and bi-swing in the title to help with searches. It’s good to know you haven’t had any issues in 4 years! We're always a little hesitant to put it in the title but we still do 😂
Had a Harrington Vero about 2 years ago for an RL Polo. No way I'd put Harrington in title unless it's I believe Baracuda. I believe they will sweep again
I love that you do a give away every month for the people who support the channel especially since your giveaway items are always so nice. thanks for sharing all the good brands it really helps me out when i am shopping
"Thank you so much! We're glad you enjoy the giveaways-it's our way of giving back to everyone who supports the channel. We're happy to hear the brand tips are helping you out while you're sourcing. Keep crushing it out there!"
Found two DVF classic wrap dresses at the thrift for $7 each. Sold one for $85 and other for $70. Sold super fast! Love your vids! LOOREN RALPH LOOREN for lyfe!
Wow, amazing find! DVF wrap dresses have a great ASP! We've never even found that brand before! Thanks so much for watching and supporting the vids, we really appreciate it! And yes, LOOREN RALPH LOOREN for life! 😂
Thanks! Our buy cost varies depending on the items, but for our 12k items, we aim to keep it low to maximize profit. On average, we're looking at around $3-$7 per item. As for capital, the key is reinvesting profits consistently, so it doesn’t always require a huge upfront investment-just keeping the inventory fresh and turning over. It took us around two years to build a strong enough inventory to have consistent sales.
A very high percentage is thrifted. Probably close to 80-90%. The rest is retail arbitrage from clearance sections of retailers. We hand pick every single item. No wholesale yet.
For the most part, no. We don’t do regular markdowns. Instead, we mark down our items and completely relist them to keep the inventory fresh and attract new eyes. Works well for us!
We use a hanger that is attached to our flat lay board via fishing line because it makes flipping the clothes easier and it takes less time to get an item flat because the hanger gives it some structure.
Comment your best find of the year so far!

Yes it's so dumb that Ebay shows a bunch of other items underneath. I wonder how many people get distracted by those.
Another great video and great sale🎉🎉
Thank you!! 😊
These kids got ppl on the inside
Do you do all your postings yourself or have a VA do it?
Our VA’s do all of our postings at this point. We take the pictures and decide pricing for each item.
Great video. How much is the range of your buy cost for 11k items? As in how much capital do you need to invest in to get constants sales?
Thanks! Our buy cost varies depending on the items, but for our 12k items, we aim to keep it low to maximize profit. On average, we're looking at around $3-$7 per item. For the most part, no. We don’t do regular markdowns. Instead, we mark down our items and completely relist them to keep the inventory fresh and attract new eyes. Works well for us!
Just wondering, why do y'all use clothes hangers in your photos if you're doing flat-lay?
We use a hanger that is attached to our flat lay board via fishing line because it makes flipping the clothes easier and it takes less time to get an item flat because the hanger gives it some structure.
Nice title!😉😂
Thanks! We were having @kandmresell Video withdrawals so we knocked off your title to get you to post a new video.... 😂
