Retail sales items can be sourced directly b2c and then listed on your Ebay and sold from your existing stock ....
Yes, but when you pay £1.15 for shipping (I presume you’re using Royal Mail) it’s not tracked and that way you are leaving yourself vulnerable to buyers saying ‘didn’t receive it’ and want a refund and you can’t prove if it was delivered or not, simply because it’s not tracked..
This is what stops me from offering free shipping. I always charge shipping as I use Inpost and it’s always tracked by default.
This is how it works in every business, nothing is smooth people even return half eaten food and custom products, calculate the profit at the end of the month. If this world was honest everything will be smooth
How did you calculate costs of shipping for each of the product? Even if each product can be send via large letter, price of shipping still depends on weight of the product. The price can go from £1.45 to £3.2 (1st class 100g to 750g, no business account). How did you you decide on the final price after all the costs (product price, shipping cost, eBay fee)? I would like to start re-selling products from shops like poundland, however in my opinion without actual product in hand its hard to decide on final price. Maybe you could do seperate video on shipping cost?
I have video on shipping and not every product from retail is successful overall every model have pros and cons.

My question is, surely Poundland limits the quantity you can buy, no?? Also, if you list, how will you know it will physically be in the store when you go & it hasn’t sold out on the day?? Anyway, I scouted the site for viable products & went to visit the Poundland, they were all gone 🤣… but I do like this strategy.

there are 36 products you have try them. We all sell existing products, none of us is inventor who will invent something new.

Do you buy all the stuff in bulk then list it or do u get the sale then walk down to poundland and hope its in stock to buy then post it ?

How do you go on with the packaging the customer could find out the cost and where it was from
So do you ‘drop ship’ from Poundland to their address or wait till they buy then order it to your address then ship to them?
Quite a few variables that would worry me. What if they go out of stock so you can’t fulfil your order? What if delivery takes a few days longer to you, then you have to send to them? It’s a lot of risk so genuinely interested in those question.

I would purchase a smaller quantity then list with that quantity avaible abs if they sell try to keep a regular supply
Poundland doesn't deliver, you have to actually go to a shop.
I try the product from locals shops to prove the concept, if products sell I buy in bulk from wholesale, it increases the margin and I also don’t risk when trying the products as some quantity can be fulfilled from local shops

amazon fee is higher. you need to see why sales are not coming, change picture and test different keywords in title
Hi Zain, I went on Poundland recently to try and order a product to my house but whenever I put my postcode in nothing happens. I looked into it more and it seems Poundland has shut down its online shop? Do you know if this is true? I found a product from there that I want to list but can't seem to get an online delivery to my house/ customer's house. Many thanks in advance and great videos!
Sometimes, you can’t order from website because they might include their invoices and packing so you have to pick it up. Item might run out of stock all that.
You can list the item from website using pics, Once you get the order you can go and pick the item and buy few extra so you don’t have to go again. (You can always return it if don’t sell). You can do your own packing and ship the item yourself to not have invoice and packing issue.

You can’t have everything perfect and yes to some degree there are solutions for all these cons in all business models which will require you either spend extra time or money. For example if you don’t have money to invest to buy in bulk, just pick what sells from local market physically and pack and ship yourself and be okay with it as you trading time or else buy in bulk from china so you don’t have to go every-time and be worried about stock. You can’t have both.
My point is always do what you can to get started and just find your own way, If you just get stuck in never ending discussion of what’s allowed or not, and listen to those people they will find issue in angels too.
Think about this will be money which you did’t had yesterday and what you will be doing otherwise. There are people making well over £3k a month by doing this. Just check the check items from argos clearance section you will find 99% of them are being sold on eBay at higher price and customers buy those.

Quick question : Looking at the photos that you put into your listing . How did you come up with those photos . As I can see the Poundland listing had just one photo . Whereas your listing shows the same products with the photos with different angles. How did you do that? I guess my question is if we list a product from Poundland how can we post a better photos with all angles in our listing ? \

There is no way you paid only £1.15 to send a bike seat . Your best tracked would be yodel at £2.88!
I just bought some items that I think may sell I only bought 10 items just to test the water. Any tips on how I can promote the item to ensure it's being seen by more customers?

The ebay promoted fee is 17% and it will not be seen unless you do that. You will get very little money indeed for trading at ebay no matter what you sell. Lucky to see £30.00 a week and your hours are third world wages. Try 50p an hour

Well think about it because these are trees items that you wasn’t selling yesterday I suggest doing assessment for your store and then doing all the listings. Improving your pictures title to drive more traffic.

On business account limit is higher and you can request to list more

Your selling limits are different then your free items that you get in your store subscription. Your limits are based on how long you've been selling on eBay, your sales volume, number of defects, cases in the resolution center, feedback and the overall experience you create for your buyers.
