- These are not licensed videos clips - I visited all these cities in the United States and shot the drone footage myself. I've driven nearly 31,000 miles and visited 35 states over the last 7 months, and will be visiting the last 15 states over the next 3 months. One thing is for sure - this country is remarkably beautiful...everywhere, every state.

It’s crazy how small Phoenix’s skyline is in proportion to their population.
That’s because they keep annexing more land
The downtown area is very close to the airport
I like the way you showed off Dallas from the uptown with downtown in the background. Uptown is where a lot of the highrise and mid rise buildings have been added in the last decade. Most pictures just focus on the Downtown portion which is taller.
Atlanta and its sprawling skyline is so unique.
Always love it when a small city like Shreveport surprises me.

Really liked your video because for the most part, the views seems like ones you don’t often see. It was also nice that it was a mix of city sizes.
For a city it’s size, Hartford Connecticut, has an amazing skyline.

Atlanta has a really interesting skyline, the way it’s long and narrow and runs along Peachtree. The round Westin Hotel Peachtree is one of my favorite buildings in the US.

I recently visited uptown Charlotte. Very beautiful with lots of parks and fountains, and high rises.

Pretty close to my favourite video on this channel I come back to it regularly just absolutely love it, like everything on this channel. Might bump into you somewhere 😂😂 when I’m there in September October from Perth Western Australia. Can’t wait to get back there, showing wife and kids for their first time.
Sadly you missed Pittsburgh where I live. If I remember correctly, it was raining the day you came here so I think that's why you didn't put the drone up. Too bad cause our skyline kinda kicks butt on most of these. I implore you to return during nicer weather and come downtown and also explore nicer areas like Squirrel Hill and Shadyside instead of just going to the Hill District to see blight. Really painted a bad picture of us. Also, don't park downtown. Instead, drive up to Mt. Washington and Park near one of the inclines and then come into downtown via the incline. Walk across the Smithfield Bridge and you'll be in downtown. Our downtown is very walkable, although right now we are dealing with a fair amount of homelessness on the streets, though nothing like you see on the West Coast. Anyway, give us another chance! Don't let one rainy, foggy cold day ruin your thoughts of us!
Love the San Francisco skyline. Truly amazing and large for a city the size. 6th largest skyline in America after NYC, Chicago, Miami, Houston, & LA in terms of total completed skyscrapers.

Actually, Miami or LA's skyline isn't bigger than Atlanta's skyline. Atlanta has 5 downtowns.
Charlotte’s south end is starting to pop up these days. A view heading from north to south would be cool

Salt Lake could have a nice skyline just need to add some 550+ footers.
The buildings are just too short and fat. Yes we need a few 500 to 600 footers. ;)
I agree and I would like to see a few towers that are 500 to 600 feet soon.
Salt Lake City has such a picturesque backdrop, if the skyline can go taller and get more density, it will be one of the best skylines in the country hands down.
@@ahronith You are right and I love the skyline. Let's just hope the city gets nice looking towers. SLC has some nice buildings but also has some really crappy, boring and uninspiring ones.
Yeah, but, SLC has something no other city has - the incredible Wasatch Front as a backdrop.

You forgot Little Rock
Hartford has an amazing skyline for only having 120,000 people. It’s def the best in CT. Bridgeport is our largest city but there is really only one “skyscraper” there. Hartford’s are taller and more unique looking than New Haven in my opinion.
Yeah, I was surprised at how big it was. It's got as big a skyline as Phoenix, which is a much larger city.
@@JoeandNicsRoadTrip it’s actually a bit larger than Phoenix. It has 3 skyscrapers (150 meters plus) Houston is currently construction their first over 150 meters (492 feet)

There must have been laws preventing you to get closer to San Francisco. Just a guess.
Not sure why Portland is called stumptown. Pretty clear in this video that nickname would fit well for Phoenix. Even suburbs like Bellevue WA have a better skyline than Pheonix.
Portland's skyline is much better than the one in Phoenix. It's weird that such a huge city (Phoenix) has such a puny skyline.
Not Phoenix. Albuquerque should be called stumptown. Phoenix is just weird because almost all their skyscrapers are the same height. much of it is, but it's got some thickness of buildings

Albuquerque isn't really relevant. It has a metro population under 1 million and a skyline appropriate for it's size. On the other hand, Portland has a larger population than Pittsburgh and Phoenix has another 2 million on top of that.

Damn, I missed Louisville. I have some great drone footage of that downtown. Somehow it got past me. I will be doing another one of these videos in 3 months, and it will include other cities like Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Minneapolis. I will absolutely include Louisville in that one. In the meantime, I did a Louisville video and drone footage of the skyline was included. Great city, really loved it. Beautiful downtown with lots of well maintained old buildings.

Does Indianapolis have a good skyline?Some people say it does have a solid skylinebut there city population has about 880,000 people in the city limits.But other people that its to small of a city to be an elite city.I always thought it was a major city but going by a bunch of people opinions i guess its not a major city. 🤔

So many ugly cities. Just endless sprawl, concrete, highways, and a few lonely skyscrapers in the middle.
This video was kinda lame you showed most of the cities with the weakest skylines. Where's Chicago Pittsburgh. New York.
I have shot those cities for a second video. That being said, hundreds of people have already shot those cities. I purposely shot smaller cities because some of us don’t want to see the same damn thing over and over and over and over again.
