Trash Smash Moves: Donkey Kong's Dash Attack (Brawl, April Fools)

Donkey Kong is one of the characters in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and his dash attack is one of the moves he has. Unfortunately, it is not a very good move.

Funny thing is that this is the best version of DK's kick dash attack in the series. Melee and especially 64 DK dash attack is somehow even worse.

I have received numerous criticisms about video length and mic quality over the years so for this video, I decided to let MegaSpeed/DashParr Ware take over. :)
The most notable thing he forgot to mention is that the move is made redundant by stuff like forward tilt, back air and dash grab.

He did a great job explaining why this move sucks honestly. Seeing the combination of your Smash videos and Megaspeed makes it feel very personal and unique from other Smash commentary videos I've seen imo. And I imagine there might not be a whole lot to talk about for a full length TSM video on this move so this feels like a great way to do it. Awesome video, it was definitely entertaining

Thanks. My goal with this video was to make a funny joke video but I also wanted it to at least be somewhat informative with actual relevant, similar to my last two AFD videos. There's only so much I can do with sentence mixing with a limited amount of time but I feel like I still did enough for a wacky prank day video. I ended up picking this move as it worked with the MegaSpeed material I had. I definitely could have made a full length video about this movie (and maybe I will with the move in one of the earlier games one day) but I think this video still got the point across.

This is a masterpiece. I did suggest this move in the past and I was excited to see it in my feed today, then I noticed it was short so I figured something was up. I somehow understand almost everything about this move just from these clips alone, and it kept me smiling the whole time. Happy April Fools!
