Best place to work for
Hell nahh treble place with the people too
Terrible*
They fired all 350 temps employees and expect us to still churn out 80 units a day with half the staff.
Great company with a dividend. Keep it in your portfolio.
buddy should make a visit to trane la crosse
This is ac baby the intrest rate don’t matter when it comes to being cold people will pay what they ask and they have doubled their price on equipment in the last 3 years
And yet we employees are forced to take weeks off at a time (unpaid). We are underpaid and treated poorly…all for them to make the money!
I believe I was discriminated against when I worked there this year.
Cool story
0:01 - Why is he picking his nose?
If they made this much I’m trying to figure out why they keep having these plant shutdowns and when it’s time to go back to work some of the lines get phone calls not to come to work for another week and they aren’t giving any overtime at all
They went out their way to not pay out severance packages Is why...they shutdown the Memphis warehouse back in January. I loved it at first but soon as the managers told us they became very petty and lowdown looking fir any reason to fire or write up..
And why our pay increase over the next 4 years will
Be less than 1 percent…. The people in the union contract need to not get paid under the table and get us all paid, and no more shutdown unless they pay us all week.
It’s a strange culture tbh.
