The wise leader learning about a person during their failures is a very impactful concept! I see several people in my life who are not handling failure well. It definitely is a reflection of their character. They do not seem to be rising to the occasion. Now I also have seen those who have soared in their failures to become great leaders in our community! I wont buy this book, I have my Bible. I can search the scripture. This man has no fear of God, he twist scriptures and has bad teaching. I wonder where his fear of the Lord is? The fear of the Lord helps us to see our sinful condition and our need for a Savior!
