I feel like the way he landed on 1 foot consistently lead to his knee injuries. He would rarely land with both feet and you can see many examples in this vid where he lands 1 footed and stresses his knees. Thats a decent amount of force to take on with just one leg. For example look at the 1:00 mark. Watch how he lands on his left foot. He did this a lot throughout his prime.

  • @ScarHead777

@Anal Jihad agreed, but unfortunately he's a subpar shooter and has a low basketball iq. Its like that in a lot of sports. Imagine if in the NFL, If uninjured Robert Griffin (RG3) could pass like Tom Brady. Westbrook and Derrick Rose rely on raw athleticism to be great players because they're below average shooters. That's why Derrick Rose's career took such a hit when he tore his ACL. If Westbrook has a ruptured Achilles, his career will take an enormous hit. Westbrook needs to just stop shooting the ball so much. If he brightened up and took 6 less shots per game, it would benefit the team.

Damn the beat got me in my feelings. I wish I woulda appreciated what was happening. I'm glad he's doing good now but as a nba fan and a human being shits just sad man. Now I hear people saying shit about Zion and it's just got me so worried for him man I just want everyone to be good and just ball.
