I recall some memories playing this match up in internet club vs some dude. He asked if anyone wants to play ZH he pays(for time using PC in club). I accepted the challenge. His rules were Twiglight Flame, 20 min no attack time and I pick first he second(for better matchup for him), and no SW.. I chose Tank he took SW. He turtled for 20 min, made a lott of EMP patriots, fire bases and aurora airfields. I made battke masters, emperor tanks, gattling tanks, and spread them in small groups. Also I made few propaganda centers and spread hackers. Also I made huge group of Migs and upgraded firestorm. And i made helixes loaded with Emperors and emc tanks. After peace time was over he attacked with auroras, I had losses but nothing special, he also has lost all auroras due to gatling tanks. Then i encirkled his base, and sent some units to sacrifice. While he was shooting at them I attacked with migs and made huge firestorms burning almost all defences. Then I pressed with my troops and on backside used Artillery power and carpet bombing and unloaded some Helixes with Emperors and ecm tanks. His base started to melt very fast. He rage quited, slammed headspeakers and did't want to pay. Owner of the Internet club threw him out and I did't had to pay.. Funny memory after a long time.
Imagine looking around at the huge battalions of tanks and armor all around you, the feeling of absolute power, then the sky lasers start melting everything, including your resolve. Devastating.
Does anyone else not bother with the patriot systems or use the patriot systems in tandem with the fire bases??? Cause fire bases with 4 missile defenders or 4 snipers was pretty OP
I love creating walls with fire bases and patriot turrets. Sometimes I put the turrets in second line and make straight walls. Later I changed the angle a but and created curves which was easier when making rows with the fire bases and turret next to one another. And I usually out 2 snipers in the back and 2 missile guys in the front :)
I tried this with China Nuke General. Everything was going so well until the GLA started building Scud Launchers which totally destroyed my bunkers from a distance. :(
You need to build a sufficient number of Gatling Cannons behind your main defence line. (The main line should be a mix of Bunkers and Gatling Cannons.) The Gatling Cannons can shoot down the Scud Launchers' missiles. It's important that you place the Gatling Cannons of the second line in a way that makes it impossible for them to target ground units (best directly behind a Bunker or Gatling Cannon). The second line of Gatling Cannons will form an effective shield against the Scud Launchers' missiles (they also work against Tomahawks). You should also place some ECM Tanks behind your defence line to disperse missile attacks by Rocket Buggies. Once your defence line stands, you can use Nuke Cannons or MiGs or a combination of both to take out the Scud Launchers and Rocket Buggies.

my strategy since 2003... defend the fort, fry them with particle canon.

Base defense with by dragon tanks with a overwhelming force of migs with armor and napalm upgrades is my play for most maps.

Fire Bases with snipers is the ultimate anti-infantry setup. I love it.
Yeah but useless againts toxin generals. They will clear your sniper quickly.

i like using emp general, mass destruction cause of the short circuit effect on the vehicles and superweapon costs 50% less
