Legend!! Thanks so much for listening to the show! - Now, in regards to Autumn Evening, my palate has certainly changed over the years and especially since episode 14, but Autumn Evening is definitely a rockstar blend. But I totally get the Ashyness over time. I hate to say it but the best way I found was to actually add a burley base to it.. and it feels like that’s cheating (because it is) but it really rounds out the bowl. Another aro that’s like Autumn evening but better is Maple Shadows if you ever get the opportunity to try it! It’s the perfect bowl all the way through! Cheers brother! Keep making content! 🤝🏻💪🏻
@@GetPiped thanks for the advice and for watching (It’s only cheating if it doesn’t work… right?👀) I want to try maple shadows but I can’t find it. I will keep looking! Thanks for the content you provide us. Cheers!!
Good morning 😃 , my favourite aromatic is Sutliff Molto Dolce which I got six years ago on my visit to NJ .. cult Blood Red Moon is another which I smoke very sparingly till my next visit to the USA .. ✌️ from Rich 🏴 ..
@@Stillypapabear I really wanna try it. I will have to look into getting some. Unfortunately I don’t think they can ship to Washington due to our tobacco laws here. ☹️
My absolute favorite is Ol… Tom Bigbee from The Country Squire. Second pipe tobacco I ever tried and the first tobacco I achieved a nirvana smoke with. Can’t get enough of it. Also a huge fan of PS24 Nougat and Cult Blood Red Moon. I’ve tried plenty of others but, these are the ones I always come back to. I have the same problem with Autumn evening but, also wish I could enjoy the blend. I don’t think red Virginia agrees with me though… Love the content brother!
I’ve got some Tom Bigbee to try. I like Molto Dolce, Autumn Evening, Scotty’s Trout Stream, Bat with a Hat is good. CBRM I tried, got nothing. Worth a 2nd try. Most of the Capt Black’s are good to me especially the Grape. The search continues……. 😃👍☀️🌵
Good Morning 😊 Nice Tobacco 😋 The one Blend I Enjoyed and Might Not Get a Chance To Have it Again Was Sutliff Maple Shadows , Yummy 😋 My Go To Blend is a Houseblend in S.A Called Rum and Honey 💯 Thanks For Sharing Your Favorite Aromatic Blend and Greetings From South Africa 🇿🇦
Lane 1-Q and C&D Nutty Irishman have become my consistent go to tobaccos if I just wanna have a pleasant smoke, usually what’s in my morning pipe. Still searching for more blends like these that I find consistently good. I was a fan of molto dolce but favor being able to buy in bulk so went for creme brulee, it tastes good but is too wet. I will have to give the Tom Bigbee a try soon
Catching up on your videos and enjoying them. My favorite aromatic is Arrowhead from Paul’s Pipe Shop in Flint, MI. In my top 5 blends and I prefer English tobaccos.
@@pipestattoosandconversations It is primarily vanilla but not too over the top I think something else in there too. Good mix of a a bunch of different tobaccos Burley, Virginias, Green River Black Cavendish, to include a little bit of Latakia and Perique.
Morning not really an aro fan, got some Rivendell and old Toby and Mirkwood, reckon there all much of a muchness flavour dissapears I have a bowl now and again in the summer, Eileen’s dream as an aro is the one I would consistently reach for summer time, bothy flake has to be my favourite as it’s tobacco forward with a whiskey top 😊😊
@@pipestattoosandconversations definitely recommend it. It's not cough syrupy to me which is what a lot of people say about various black cherries on the market. But idk, it's the only black cherry I've had.
@@pipestattoosandconversations I saw you talk about it on one of your videos. I just got some new tobaccos on my next batch of ordering I'll pick some up for sure.
I don't have a favorite anything yet. Like eveything, but to varying degrees. I enjoy a lot of aromatics but none keep me coming back day after day. To name a few I enjoy: cult blood red moon, CAO Eileen's Dream, all the Codgers.
@@pipestattoosandconversations This is how they describe it on SmokingPipes: It has a base of quality Virginia leaf and then infuses the same with a frothed cream that's been laced with superior Irish whiskey and coconut milk, followed by a subtle mixture of hazelnut paste, ground almonds, cocoa, and vanilla extracts. Its a sweet cream kind of flavor. Very pleasant smoke! Great room note.
My favorite aro is still Molto Dolce. A few have come close to dethroning it, but every time I smoke it i can't help but keep it #1. If you like TomBigBee you must try Molto Dolce.😁👍💨💨
I don't have a favorite aromatic yet. I've smoked C.B. royal which is ok C.B. gold, Meh . C.B. cherry gave me tongue bite ,I probably won't be smoking that anymore. I'm still exploring aromatics
@@ruddyvercruyssen4831 CB royal and CB original are my favorites in the line however I usually just stay away from them. They are made by Lane Limited and Lane has 1q which is a way better blend. Good luck with your journey!
@@DrewVangilder good question. I love all of them but my favorite would have to be either my mini meerschaum or my clay. They both allow me to smoke (really dry) Virginia without tongue bite and they bring out the true flavor of the tobacco. And they were each only about 20 bucks.
I have not had good luck with 1Q. It smells great but I never get any good flavors from it. I’ve never heard anything bad about it but it just isn’t worth it to me.
