42 minutes until I had to get up and have conversations with myself in the mirror. I went through like 3 other 30 minute videos before this one though. I managed to make a trade with somebody on some trippy steps, have a conversation with people I didnt even know, even talked to a passed loved one for a super short time I wasnt even expecting to come into picture. I dont know how much I ate, I grabbed a handful ate them tripped hard on a video and grabbed more to eat. This video absolutely triggered my brain and I absolutely went into shroom land, a level 5 trip for sure. I remember saying to myself "HOLY FUCKING SHIT" and laughing my ass off, Totally just GONE from reality. I love it

Thank you so much!! I use a program called Mandelbulb 3D to render out the fractal frames one at a time! then I bring them into adobe after effects to compile into a video and edit. I should mention, the first program is free to download, definitely check it out!

The first part is like stoping time... listen to it in town (or anywhere) and everything is in slow motion ... don't know the recipe of this magic ... i haden't noticed the atmospheric sort of "rain/record scratches" bringing a real organic element, all the textures of the sounds are a delight , the production is so 3d ! That first thump kick when the music starts is a powerfull one but in a velvet way... how do you do this production is amazing... Ps: if it is not to personnal, what is the voice ? ps: congrats on this track, words are so poor to say what music does to us...

For this song I actually sampled one of my favorite ambient tracks ever, Burial - Streetlands (definitely give this one a listen!) Here is what I did: I looped my favorite section Added reverb Stretched it out Reversed it Scooped out the lows, dampened the highs Added a second reverb (really makes it sound underwater) Layered some rain sounds and crackle Added drums to give it some flow. In the beginning I did a cutoff filter sweep to really make that first kick drum prominent. As for the vocal sample, I have no clue where it’s from! 😆 I think Burial might have reversed it in his track, so my reversing might have put it back to normal LOL Also, the name “hold me close” is a reference to a vocal sample used in a different burial track 😉 God Bless!! 💜
