When I finally did look away from my tv, the visuals were in full force. I looked at my wall and the textures were completely moving in place. It was the most impossible shit I've ever seen in my entire life.

I'm fascinated by what these kinds of visuals say about our brains. You don't need to take substances to see them, close your eyes in a dark room and bring your attention to what you can see. Sometimes it works quicker than others but before long them appear. Of course certain drugs bring them to the fore but they don't create the visuals, they are always happening.
You are right! I often saw such things (without any drugs) in the state before sleep and this video ist the best equivalent to it I've ever seen. But I never understood why my brain can create such intense impressions on it's own? First time it happened in my teenage years, in the early 80th. Many years it was impossible to explain to anyone what I often saw before fall into sleep. Since we have strong computers I can show it to people and they can't belive it, they thing that I'm ill ... How can the brain create such complex things? Often they look even more real the reality throught my eyes. How is it possible? Most amazing for me ist the fact, that all these movings seens to be perfectly sensefull! There are not only colourfull lights; all these complex movings are accurate ... Sorry for my bad English, but I would love to get some epxplanations what the reason is for inner visuals like that?

In every animation are different visual speeds. It fits to every beat, speed and sound you listen (expcept heavy metal etc.). You could watch this video completely with a hundred different playlists, it would be every time a new kind of perception.

From there, I focus on dissociating myself from all physical sensation (sound, light, touch, ...) until it feels like I'm a single point of consciousness floating in an infinite abyss. Once I reach that state of physical dissociation, I'm able to scan the infinite ocean of vibrational data and ride certain waves of energy/information. Once you sync in with one of these waves, you could either witness some of the most beautiful scenes imaginable or be subject to true horror. Let me know if you want to chat more about this. Peace.
