Daniel,you are right on both counts,pure Choy Lee And of course Shaolin-Fut.But you have to see the whole set to see it.Set 7 was only taught after several years of proving yourself to Sifu Lai Hung.You first had to go through Set's 6,4,5,sword,and spear sets before he would consider teaching to you this very beautiful,short but deadly,Set Seven.Me and Sifu Lai Hung practiced this set together about 3 years ago.I was just very slowly going over the moves before me and Sifu were getting ready to practice Tai-Chi,when he just jumped in,his energy grabbed me and we went through the whole set 7 together perfectly.A couple of his friends were watching and were stunned.Why ? Because our beloved Sifu was 82-3 at the time and he is as good when i met in 1979.Thanks for Sharing. it was interesting seeing Grandmaster Lai Hung's
shaolin #7. i could be wrong but it was like northern shaolin with a choy lay fut twist to it.
