31:58 the special attacks costs resolve. The resolve are the yellow circle above in your health. You earn them by Hitting enemies, parrying, killing and ending their suffering. The mission you plan to do in the end of the video is DLC. I think you'll get spoiled if you done it. One more tip: if you're using the right stance against enemy you can press (hold Triangle, then release press triangle 3 times more quick)

Yellow circle is the resolve which you used to replenish your health and unleash the heavenly strike, to restore it all you need to do is to killing enemies. Obviously you can notice the resolve depletes each time when you restore the health and use the special strike lol. 🟡🟡🟡🟡🟡🟡🟡
