    Thank you! I’m the same I’m fearing the anxiety all the time. I go up and down and recovery like a rollercoaster. Fearing the anxiety is what’s keeping my cycle going need to work on this better. Great video.

    For me I love learning languages and when I'm mentally exhausted from anxiety I find it really hard to focus and do my hobby, so it feels like the anxiety and fatigue are ruining the hobby for me. You said in the video that you can do the same things with or without anxiety, but for me it doesn't feel this way. Do I need to keep breaking down fear of fear? Or try my best to continue with my hobby even when I'm tired and not feeling like it?

      Hey Dion! Yes! Don't stop! keep doing these hobbies and slowly chip away at the fear of fear, terrific catch on your part. I remember getting to the mountains and thinking, "I just CAN'T!" but I had to endure and push through!
