But what I feel working in HR recruitment for 3 yrs is that HR department in any company is very underrated profile after working so much hard as recruiter the company does not treat very well they treat HRs as loabour or slave and an HR is never appreciated for their efforts they are only being judge by employees and other peopls

.. recruiter gets kicked out any time...This is not secure job... Recruiter has too much mental pressure...I would suggest just get a client and work for own...

When i look into my excel sheet where i put all the candidate's details it's look messy. Please give some idea so that i can implement this on my work life. Meanwhile, if you are going for generalist profile then acts related to Payroll like PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity maternity etc could be learner.
Rest, industry specific acts can be learned as part of Compliances.
One more tip, while applying for job in any industry please check norms and Act applicability of that particular industry.

Mam admin and HR job are same or different if a HR Fresher is applying for HR jobs but he is not getting it so he can apply for admin job coz some job are written HR admin job,Hr and admin so getting confused are they same if we do admin job that experience will get count when we do HR job or not pls make a video on that or give your guidance mam on this
