    Rejoice and lift up your heads ye preterists, ye fulfilled eschatologists and fulfilled covenantists, for our redemption from heresy will come and may even now draw nigh. So much maturity and hard work to teach and preach and refine these things. Thank you Robert, a beautiful message of hope in our day. Lord Jesus bring us peace and unity and help us be the witness to a needy world. Love br. David - Canada.

    I love Bob with all my heart, he's such a good teacher. I don't mean to be picky but i looked up the verse and could find it. I hope this helps. At 37:16, the verse in Hosea Bob is referring to is not 2:17 but rather Hosea 12:7: "A merchant, in whose hands are false balances, he loves to oppress." The word translated as "merchant" is the word kna'an or Canaan-ite. Real good stuff, thanks for pointing that out Bob.

    27:57 - comes right after the most explicit citation of Jesus rising again on the third day, “according to the Scriptures.”
    New creation & resurrection: side-by-side 👌🏻💯

    So true. That is why in the book of Romans ch 13 instructed them to submit to authority. Romans 13:1-5 (NASB)
    1 Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. 2 Therefore whoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves. 3 For rulers are not a cause of fear for good behavior, but for evil. Do you want to have no fear of authority? Do what is good and you will have praise from the same; 4 for it is a minister of God to you for good. But if you do what is evil, be afraid; for it does not bear the sword for nothing; for it is a minister of God, an avenger who brings wrath on the one who practices evil. 5 Therefore it is necessary to be in subjection, not only because of wrath, but also for conscience’ sake.

      @@abraao2213 You can stick to whatever you want -- as can anyone. It's better known as one's own view of things or one's own opinion. Exactly who said that they had to know what was meant? How many biblical passages and matters have been puzzled over, over the millennia -- especially in regard to prophesy? Or, are you one of those who thinks that everything written in the Bible has to make logical sense to everyone, or else it would not be included as part of the Holy Scriptures?

    • @abraao2213
      @abraao2213 6 днів тому

      @GilObregon-hj6zh for sure the bible needs to be logical in order to be the truth of God to us since anything illogical is necessarily false.

      Ripped out of context from the rest of the Scriptures, it's not, but when allowed to remain in the context of the Scriptures, it's definitely preterist. SLS is an internet cope phenomenon.

      @@JR-rs5qs Context is what exactly?

    • @JR-rs5qs
      @JR-rs5qs 10 днів тому

      @LeavingBabylon_ the war, the destruction of the holy people (the Jews), broader context Revelation which says the were things that were, are, and things that were to shortly to come to pass. The millennium is a figurative, QUALITATIVE number. The 'delay' that the people of God were experiencing, and that the Jews used to mock Christ's prophecies, was still within a generation. It's time to stop blaming Satan for the evil that's currently in the world. People are to blame. They have moral agency and must be held responsible.
