My mother used to travel a lot because she had server depression. So when we where small we knew that traveling and meeting new people and learning everyday things kept my mother balanced. She meet a nice pair of sister's in a small town that cooked with fresh ingredients like this and it's tjenonlymplace she constantly goes back to. We visit alot and Christmas is always spent with them. I am an excellent cook because of thoes beautiful people !

Everything traditional or archiac like metal pans, wooden laddles, clay pots/vessels, glass oil bottles which is a good sign for a healthy living style. No non-stick pans, no fibre or plastic spoons or anything that harms the person who consumes it or nature/environment. I love that way.
