Hi Heidi! Way off topic, but since you lived in San Antonio for a good while, Do you have a recommendation for a hair salon/ stylist who is really great at cutting hair? I have major damage, and I need to get a bob, bc I have breakage all around the crown of my head. Most places I’ve been have talked me out of it in the past, even before I had any damage, which makes me feel like they’re just not confident, with cutting a great bob. Please lmk if you know of a great place, or stylist I could call! Xoxo 😘

The worlds best video titles are by Alexandra Anele. Straight to the point. Funny. And no click bait. Just 100% honest. You know what you’re getting. I wish everyone did that. The click bait is insulting and so old. See the thing is, your true fans or followers will watch without click bait and not feel like their intelligence is insulted. It’s just kind of a respect thing for the people who watch. You stand on your own with your intelligence and are a bad ass hard working wonderful human. Heidi, I love how you explained what to do during the work out. Things like putting the bar right at your shoulders and don't go super heavy with the side glute raises. That helps so much because it's not very obvious and you are really helping me from hurting myself. Thank you!!!

I liked watching “newbies” (for lack of a better word or understanding) try the workouts you do. It’s nice too see what different questions they have and how movements need little tweaking and how to correct them. You make the workouts look to easy! Lol 💜
