PRV is in assembly of hose reel but where need to install pressure guage to check the 65psi pressure as per design after prv settting
Make a temporary arrangement for use typical all floors. If you install pressure gauge at each floor then will be expensive solution.

if you are installaing PRV in main line then you installaing PRV near the fire hose reel
Sprinkler, hose reel and hose connection working pressure is different therefore PRV install as per requirement
