Thank you for reviewing our pedal! This was amazing!! And yes, you're totally using it allll the ways correctly :) One of my favorite ways I use it is what you discovered. Fuzz sound however you need, and than using the filter to dial in whatever freq change up giving you a totally different eq'd vibed out fuzz sound. I love going low on the resonance and freq and finding that queens of the stone age type filtered fuzz sound. Another way I love it is expression pedal fuzz (duh) but also clean! Put some verb and delay and get these gorgeous whale like vibey filter (volume swell) like sweeps. And also, no exp pedal low rres and freq Jerrry Garcia vowel like auto wah flavor is dope too! Lots of options. Great vid. Thanks!

Pedal is great just for the filter alone. Even without the envelope. Great for ambient stuff. Nice low pass filter on some drones, pads etc
I pretty much use a separate amplifier for each effect and have been wanting an octave fuzz so this is a very timely introduction. It looks like it would complement the two mrb channels I have already, one with a Germanium fuzz into an SP-1, and the other that's only a Jext Telez White Pedal.
If the fuzz was replaced with a treble booster I could use one of those, as well. 😉
hoboroadie how’s the Jext Telez? Looks super gnarly from the demos. Have you heard the SolidGoldFx 76 Plus Octave Fuzz + Filter? I just ordered one. It’s similar to this but I think it’s better imho. Here’s a link

Interesting, I'm searching for an envelope/fuzz pedal that can reproduce things we ear in the begining of a song called "change" (by you know who). Always interesting tests and opinions on gear
Would love to hear how that fuzz sounds blended 50/50 with a cleanish dirt tone. Would lend some awesome bite and spit without losing note articulation.

It’s also awesome matched with their Fathom reverb, I would probably use the 385 but only have the Ts808 on hand and it is a cool mix

That's the angriest I have ever heard Donald Duck !!! Crazy pedal ! Just got Grinding Gears 1&2 with the Tee Shirt. Awesome set and listen to it every day. Great work. Still would love to see some "live in studio" jamming from Bea and the rest of Tosca. Great musicians all around, keep rockin !!!!!

i use my bigmuff for a sort of "broken" effekt :D

I thought it sounded muddy and saturated. Sounds like an octaver and a distortion pedal with flat batteries, or a sagged dc. Hope it gets better from that. Seems to be aimed at morello inspired playing. This one is not for me.
