Ty for all your support, I’m from Virginia Beach- I’m American and Israeli, I’m always crying from your videos and your amazing emotional ❤️❤️❤️❤️ you have to go one day to Israel- you will learn more about our people, our hearts, our country. You’re an amazing human being, and it’s not about right or wrong- it’s about seeing what’s real and what’s not. Ty again
@@Jayla-dj2gj that would be awesome but very expensive I could never ask for that. I hope that one day I can do reactions full time so I can upload more videos for y’all
I'm taking myself the pleasance in introducing you to the Israeli snacks Avishag sent you. 1. (5:40) - A mix of Bisli and Bamba - Bisli is a wheat crunchy snack. The name is a combination of the Hebrew word "Bis", meaning "bite", and the Hebrew word "li", meaning "for me". It seems you got the most popular taste - BBQ - but there are also smokey, onion, pizza, falafel and Mexican. Bamba - That snack very much represents Israel! Bamba is a fluffy snack made of peanut-butter-flavored puffed maize. Every child in Israel literally grows on that (and that's why we have one of the lowest rate of peanut allergy in Israel). Now that's what I call iconic! 2. (5:56) Halva - Halva is a middle-eastern solid candy made from ground raw sesame seeds (Tahini) and sigar (lots of sugar). We like to add flavors to the original vanilla flavor, you got one with pistachio, indeed one of the best. 3. (6:30) - We couldn't really see in the video, it was blurry and cut of screen, but it seems like kind of a dates bar. 4. (6:39) - The iconic Black Coffee of Israel. 5. (7:02) - Another Bisli pack! this time a mix of few flavors together. 6. (7:11) - Medjool Dates - The Israeli dates are the best in the world. The medjool type are bigger and sweeter, known as "The king of dates". Enjoy trying all the new flavors. Thank you for being such a great friend of Israel! God bless you and your family.
That's a nice gesture. The dates and the bars are really an extreme taste, I don't know why to choose them, they don't represent Israel the best and many people don't like them because of the weird taste and full of sugar, but the intent is the most important :)
@@LiadMalone I personally don't like halva but everyone has their own taste one thing for sure is that it's a really popular food here as well as humus and tchinne which I also don't like ( I do like hummus grains though) I'd rather eat shawarma or falafel instead
Avishag if you are here זאת אחת החבילות הכי חמודות שראיתי! that is a beautiful pacakge and you deserve it, the way you are reacting with such love and true, raw emotions - we are blessed to have someone like you supporting us - especially now when it's not "popular" to do so. i really do hope you'll get to visit here soon, in the mean time, just have an amazing life you and your family and god bless you :)
ok, a little explantion about the snacks: 1st of all and most important, if someone in the family is alleric to peanuts - do not open the 1st MIX one. 1: snack is a Bamba Mix with Bissli Grill - they took two of the MOST classy snacks in Israel and put it together - wanna snack like an Israeli - eat Bamba and Bissli together: The Bamba is corn based peanut snack - that is why, don't open it if someone is Allergic. 2: called Halva - it's bascially a seasame seeds snack - it's kind of sweet and it comes in very various flavors... it's the sweeter version for Tahini 3: from what it looks like - i saw for a second, it's another sort of Halva i think Vanilla (classic) version. 4: LMAO Avishag is a genious, that is a mix Apropo (Israeli version for Bugels) with most bissli and several other Pitsuchim. 5: these are called dates - very very traditional in the entire middle east. (lol now i see you already knew what that was) please do taste testing videos - it would be lovely to see it :) you are amazing and again, i hope you get to visit her. Good Night in the meantime :)
This the thing you didn't know what it was, is Halva- it's a snack that originally is made of Tahini and Honey, the factories mke it with sugar and iher additives. I personally don't like it at all (althtough, I do like Tahini a lot!), but my father, husband and some of my siblings absolutely LOVE it.
