Ratchet demo of main winding crank

The main winding crank is a one-way key, aka a "tipsy key" where winding can only be done in one direction. This is to prevent inadvertent winding force being applied in the wrong direction. This is particularly needed when, as is the case here, the correct direction in counterclockwise.
