I hate when people say I shouldn’t go to the gym or eat keep eating healthy because I’m already skinny. Bro how do you think I got this way? Abs don’t just come and stay after appearing. Few more bagel bites and weeks of laying around and these abs will disappear faster than father.

And I personally used to struggle with toxic thoughts after not receiving the results she ‘had’ (not necessarily pointing at her and her alone, but other similar videos).But it’s pretty much impossible to see results in your abs after one or two exercises. What she lost wasn’t necessarily fat, but also the tensing of the muscle, water weight and the angle that she showed it in ( she was also holding her breath). Please don’t be discouraged if you don’t see any results. I think if there’s something that we can all learn through her I Live Alone, it’s to show how she gets her body comes from a lot of effort and a very fixed lifestyle. Obviously there’s nothing wrong with getting motivated! Just make sure to watch the right kinds of workout videos guys!

If it's your first time doing abs work out, I suggest you to take your work out slowly of you're still not use to doing (extreme) abs workout. If you think your abs/belly is still bloated it's because of dehydration while working out its okay to take small sip of water during your rest minutes 😊 Don't over workout your abs because it can be swollen, 5-6 times a week of 20-30 min. workout can do of you're still a beginner. Also planning your proper healthy diet plan will help. 😊😊😊

It's easy to do that after working out specially if you feel like your abs is ripping. ** Clenching your abs also help your abs to get use of the(feeling) toned. I usually clench my abs after working out for a few minutes when I'm just new to it, though now I have gain back my proper sitting and standing posture so my abs clench most of the time 😊😊

That is not always true. If you naturally have a low body fat percentage and stomach fat your abdominal muscles will show more.
