Some people need to realize that being a model isn’t just running down a catwalk or wearing luxury clothing. Being a model is a whole lifestyle that requires a lot of self control and self discipline. You have to eat lean things to stay thin because, unless you’re a plus model, you can’t have overly fatty food. Everyone has a bit of fat which is needed and she has that, now she must stay thin so it doesn’t add up or else her modeling Career might be put on hold. She isn’t starving herself, she is eating with health and staying fit on her mind. The people who think too much of it and say all models are starving probably are at home in their bed eating chips with sweats and think it’s healthy.
Agreed, the same people who are criticizing her are also probably glorifying a thin figure. They need to lay off her and let her live 👏🏻 her👏🏻 life 👏🏻

Her intake is enough to be 70% full which is recommended for most people. While people tend to eat until they cant eat no more, her intake is actually just right.
Do they really think it's too little food? It looks like a nice full plate to me. That pork had too much fat too, and it still had some left after she cut it. And omg amazing how she has all those plants with fruits in such a lil space, too bad the birds ate the blueberries.
Honestly, in terms of food quantity koreans eat a lot... thats also why diet talk is so hyped up by some idols bc it’s so shocking. It’d obviously be the best to find a healthy balance, but especially older idols in the past used to eat a lot and then crash diet before a comeback...

I don't think it's too little for her size. But you know... celebrities have to stay thin. I think it's a reasonable size, but Koreans are so food focused, in these types of TV shows they focus a lot in how much they eat.

Models have to make sure their bodies are in a constant state of equilibrium so that their skin doesn't change, or they don't bloat and make the clothes drape differenty, or any other of the million things they need to be in perfect condition for. And if she's a top model, she got there with the dedication she just showed. ^_^

I'm not surprised at Na Rae and everyone else's reactions tho. To them, dieting means eating like theres no tomorrow and then doing a ridiculous diet a few months before a show or comeback,which damages your health and appetite so much. I think she excellently planned her meals and avoids going on extreme diets because it can damage our body severely.

guys the pork fat on korean/asian pork belly is very good, the way it's cooked by koreans makes it SUPER delicious, it just has way too many calories lol hence why she said she hadn't ate meat in nearly 2 months

Hey guys just here to say that she really likes food and they're saying it's not enough cause they know how much she likes food please watch the show more.
They got angry at her for this but praised Uie’s (nothing against her) microwaved bread and cheese with air fried chicken nuggets and sauce 🙄
although i don’t condone their behavior in this video, those two scenarios are different. uie was known to crash diet and eat almost nothing in the days when people called her fat. so as a way of supporting her and the fact that she finally eats as much as she should, they praise her food portions.

Just FYI, I think the hosts are worried about her not eating enough in this video because there are other videos where the model is in “cutting” season and eats only like 400 kcal a day
If you closely the knife she is using is actually bad, no matter what level your cutting skills is, it is best if you use the proper tools like having a big piece of non cutting metal can seriously injure you.
