I think that Regenesis will increase its consistency of Vanquish Soul (better than Kasthira) for the forementioned reason: more elements in the hand to fulfill the activation of its cards.

The 2500s that first come to mind for me are Fleurdelis, Iris Swordsoul, and H.A.M.P., which are more supplements to existing decks than actual playable standalones(though you can actually generically go into Camellia to have a Striker Ace just to make use of H.A.M.P. if you're feeling cheeky, and can even go as far to dump Engage to be able to search it without relying on Regenesis in other decks, though searchable Kaijus aren't that big a deal right now, even if you can crash into this one to pop another card on the field).
Horus has synergy in that Queb has the stat-line. Diabellstar obviously. They have level 8s to utilize with Horus. You also could try a bad Nemleria version since they have two monsters with the stats which are very easily addable.

World legacy world armor has 2500 ATK and DEF, the girsu engine deck with lib link 2 could get it a good normal summon to this decl
This might be good with Archnemeses & cards with effects that specifically mention monsters with equal atk & def.
