Water wets things, but isn't in and of itself wet. However, if you were to consider water particles touching each other water particles, I suppose you can consider that water is wet, as it is constantly being wet by itself. However, I'm not sure if water particles itself are considered liquids that can wet things, so take that one with a grain of salt ._.

If u go to factories where "baby dolls with fancy makeup, outfit, hair, etc" are made, you'll see that they actually start out with "plain basic af" dolls. In other words, they first create baby dolls which nearly have nothing other than the details of human body, skin, eyes, ears, mouth, nose and overall structure (at that factory). They later add the "extra fancy" features before selling it as kids' toys. (colorful princess outfits, long hair, tiara, fancy eyelashes, blush makeup, etc, kids love it? then they add it). So all u have to do is, visit such a factory, get official permission to buy a few of their dolls which haven't yet been given the fancy details.
