- Unboxing video of the Cyma CM.702A Flutted M24 Bolt Action Sniper Rifle.
In this video, I show you what's in the box. I also show you how to assemble it and also do a Chrono test on it to see how fast it's firing.
The package included the Rifle, 3x magazines, a speed loader, a cleaning rod a lower powered spring and some cheapo BBs. Also everything needed to assemble it was included.

Great I love the way you start off on these basic reviews and then you state that you will do future gameplay. And then in your later videos there you are with such great skills and a professional attitude and a budget rifle. This is norsvitch who hasn't spent 500 pounds and he just about as good
A close look at this rifle it is very similar to the Novritsch SSG-24. Especially the adjustable stock...Magazines...A little bit on the fluted barrel.
The internals are different.
Hermann Göring novritsch based the ssg24 off of the modify m24
ssg-24 was modeled after the M24 and the vsr-10 was modelled after the m24 and m24 was modelled after the remington m700
@James Tait the vsr is a clone of the m24 but without extended stock

Nice looking rifle, very straightforward to assemble. The speedloader reminds me of one i was sent - awful thing a but a little bit of fettling sorted it so it didnt throw BB's all over my office.😊

The CM701 is a VSR variant (not 100% vsr but trigger and cylinder are), the CM702 is l96 variant - from snowwolf m24 etc, technically the l96 one is better in design. The a, b, c seems to be external changes only

Do you perhaps know why all the CYMA CM.702 rifles i can find say they have 380 FPS (115 MPS) but every video on youtube i find reviewing the gun says it has like 430-460 FPS (about the 143MPS) it's confusing me, most reviews say it's out of the box like that as well. I'm thinking about getting this rifle. Having a dilemma between 2 but the ease of which you can adjust the hop up on this rifle might take me over to it's side.
+lexievv you could always do a spring swap to get the correct fps you're looking for.

+lexievv yes, but you need a little know how with mech boxes. Maybe ask the store you buy from if they can do the job for you.

Just to clarify, on the website page for this, it says 500fps but doesn't say what bbs it gets 500fps with. Going by your video, it would seem that the 500fps was achieved using 0.2g bbs but why do they mention 0.43g bbs as if it gets 500fps with them?
ofcourse if you double the weight of the projectile , it go way slower than 500 fps its pure commonsense mate :)

Heavy bbs have less drop/windage to their shot, and are thus more accurate.
Yes size of the bb does matter. The heavier the bb the less FPS it gets but it will have less drop. The opposite happens to lighter bbs. They have higher FPS but can curve or drop easier.
Do you, by any chance, know if this rifle uses APS2 parts or hopup chamber? Mine is shooting a bit to left, can't find which stock rubber to buy; i've made a R-hop, but still no luck... i would leave the piston for now, since i'm getting ~400fps w/ .28g amunition. Thanks for the info in vid. Cheers
+Gamer One yes, I believe the hop chamber, bucking and barrel are APS2 based. Mine too, pulls to the left slightly as well. I've now done the TDC mod but it still does it. i'm wondering if the hop lever may need some precision tuning where it touches the bucking.

Hi camMan I don't think you'll see this comment but I'm thinking of getting this sniper rifle what upgrades would you recommend me for this gun I don't do any types of airsoft game's so I don't have a limit to power I know I would want a new spring and bolt and maybe some other stuff and I would like it to have quite high power and would I be able to shoot steel bb's if you don't see this don't worry
What is the dimensions of the piston ? (diameter and length)
when you bought the gun then did you have to put that bow in something that was in the box. for I would like to buy that gun but I would not want to stack and disassemble it so I can put a bow on the gun.
How accurate is the accuracy of this airsoft?
Really considering buying one of these and you look like you get great accuracy from yours. Have you modified the hop arm? I'm wondering if vsr arms fit as I like using maple leaf bucking.

Hi, sorry if this is a stupid question but I never played Airsoft before. Can I just ask why throw out the cheap BBs ? Couldn't you have used them to practice or something ? Also, what is the difference between cheap BBs and more expensive ones ?

Sorry for late reply. I don't think the 701 has an adjustable stock, and it has a smooth, not fluted barrel.

Im not sure what website your getting it from but the 701 mags from cyma should fit, ill let you know tomorrow when i get mine :)

Ive got my gun and it has come with 3 mags, i bought an extra one that didnt fit which was the 701 mags, they arent the right size so dont get them.
I like how the standard barrel looks better do you know if the standard barrel makes the gun shoot worse or is not metal?

Cheers, thanks for watching. No it doesn't feel cheap. However I have filled the hollow stock with some old material which stops any knocks and hollow like sounds.

This is great as a 1st Sniper Rifle. An old tshirt or similar stuffed in would be fine.

+Ernie The Budgie It's OK for the price and for a rifle straight out of the box with no modifications, range is good. Accuracy is improved with heavier BBs.

Milan Nekić from what i've heard it's kind of a hybrid. According to airsoftpro website trigger boxes for the sw m24 fits with minor modification. The cylinder and it's internals are closer to vsr size according to airsoftsniperforum.

Dude, if that barrel and receiver were steel they woluld weigh 3-4kg alone. it's an aluminum "pipe" :)

+BlomQ CS:GO i agree with you, and i do know airsoft "guns" are quite weighty, but trust me when i say: a real bull barrel bolt action is very heavy. To my knowledge there are no steel bolt action airsoft rifle on the market. I do have a well mb03 with lots of mods(steel cylinder, piston, spring guide etc), scope, rail and mounts and it's around 3.2 kg. Now, my real 30-06 bolt action rifle with sporting barrel (normal thickness), rail, mounts and scope is 3.8 kg empty and 4 kg loaded. The same rifle with bull barrel, would have been at least 5.5 - 6 kg ( to compare apples to apples)
