The DJI mic has a Mute feature by pressing the On/off double tap, to mute, the OA4 like said in the Pro, mic setting has a mute, if you were setting up the camera, yes a mistake can be made, but if you simply hit QS, the shutter. Or mode on then shutter, with the Gray firmware, Ican see the camera making a mistake, so peossabally due to the latest firmware fixed bug and issue, a used your problem. Lost is lost, DJI mic 2 does not or will not get the Mute feature, DJI seems to think it is not needed in this mic, due to mistakes being made by people, wish they add it in an App o we can assign a mute.
