Marlon. It’s been a minute. Great seeing you. Congrats on your thriving business. Like the front elevation. L shaped concept? 🤔🫤. Have gotten so accustomed to full open. The 1st living area seems so isolated from the kitchen but it can work. Defined nook. That water is a no for me. Need my pool and fence. Would extend the lanai and cover. Large loft. Good size guest bedrooms. Bathroom unique with that gap between the toilet & sink. They should’ve extended and had 2 sinks and storage cabinets. Nice size primary. Basic En-suite a little small. Ditch the tub and have a bigger shower and linen closet. Clothing closet ok. Idk Marlon. Think $649k high. This home is nice but basic and 1st floor layout is meh. Has potential for someone. Was great seeing you though. Happy holidays in case you don’t post again. 🤗
