On drop rate is a series about obtaining a specific unique item from any source in old school runescape, but I can only attempt said activity as many times as said items exact drop rate.
In this episode, I venture deep into the wilderness, risking millions of GP in an attempt at killing up to 3000 King black dragon, or get the pet.

I think you could have saved money using extended regular anti fire…since the super anti fire doesn’t help on this boss. I think it’s like 10-14k save per potion
You would be able to save some money using extended normal antifires with dfs rather then super you take same max hits. Great grind, love the vids!

Ghorrock Teletabs are infinitely safer - PKers aren't usually expecting that direction and you have time to log out.
U can also attack the demons with melee pray on and just use ur fists

i went 10k+ dry on kbd. Glad i stuck it out. Got the pet in the end.

could have saved the amount of trips by bringing a looting bag and teleing out to fill it then going back in, also a kbd head can be high alched for 30k
Yeah i was thinking that too but he seemed like he really wanted to avoid the risk
You can alch the heads for 30k each vs the 24k you got making them into ensouled heads

I got it at 7KC 😭 Sniped it from someone with 92 range when I had 79 at the time, too. It’s the best pet, not even an opinion. It’s the ultimate .O.G pet to have esp if you’re a pker/pvper. It would’ve made the video if it popped like you made the others pop right before too 💀💀💀 Big congrats man

You can't pull the lever with a tb, but it's a single area so you can punch demons and spiders climbing up and down if is only 1 pker

Funny enough, me and a discord I'm in are doing a pvm tile race and my team landed on kbd. I ended up getting the pet at 15kc and got my team to the next tile 😅

So i dont check the comments so i dont know if this has been said but when you lose a challenge why dont you do a drop party in falador? Either with the items or just put the cash in as you giveaway anyway. Then the money can be won by a few rather than just one and also relying on being able to contact people. Also, could make it a lot of fun?
misspoke and showed wrong at the beginning, antifire shield + super antifire is why you can protect melee instead of mage with still having max dragonfire attack of 10s
bro you do know that super antifire is usless in your case right? just use extended antifire not super extended its 9k less and does the same as the super, super is only for if you're doing dragons and you dont want to use antifire shield

couldve survived first death by going down the kbd ladder and just doing full circle there until tb wears out. Next, regular anti-fire is all you need xD and i dont think protect magic does anything here

Alching KBD heads gives 30k gp, don't waste your time knifing them up.
Can’t you use looting bag in kbd lair?
no n't, inside of the lair itself you cannot, as it is no longer the wilderness. but you can tp out with the lever, put in the loot and immediately return for the next kill. of course there is a little bit of risk attached to it and it might be less efficient if you go for the pure kills/hour grind for the pet

I don't think he knew that you can risk less money and get more kills/hr using the crossbow and ward rather than the lance.
What's the full setup for using the crossbow?
And if I have 99 atk/ 99 str and only 77 range is it still faster to use crossbow?
@@OsrsNooby I doubt it's faster if you use the crossbow based on your levels. But the setup is void range, dhcb, dragonfire ward, salve (ei),ruby dragon bolt (e) until he's 220hp then diamond dragon bolt (e), assembler, archer's ring, and pegs.

Pets sometimes appear in a different room/place in your house when you teleport in there, using the call pet button makes it appear near you again, but i guess leaving trough portal also works :p
