Thanks, I knew that if I wanted to stand out I needed something special so i figured a more "classy" look with the metallic red and gold paint and polished parts should do it :D

Thanks, the bike is painted in Alfa Romeo metallic red car paint and we polished the rims with a buffing wheel and buffing wax

hey dude, awesome bike! I have the same Rieju and I wanna ask, how did you do the electrics? I have trouble getting 12v out. if you used the original regulator with 3 pins, How do you connect it? Love from Finland!
I never touched the electronics on this bike but I know that sometimes your bike won't be able to get 12v for example my Beta only got 10v but here is a link where you can see how to connect them (it's the second picture) www.twostroke.se/guilera-regulator-rieju-1

What ist your best Tipp for whellie, an not putting your foot down?
Learn to use the brake so it becomes muscle memory and then just practice
How do you prep the frame for paint currently working on a motorhispania ryz and starting with the frame now
First remove the old paint with sandpaper or some machine idk what it's called in english, then just paint as normal, a good primer, paint and clearcoat

Sand blasting mine gave good results, but a lot of work when the frame did not fit in the cabinet and I had to have the hatch open and cover it with a bag XD
i have the same front fork, what are the dimensions of the oil seals?
and btw, one of the cleanest builds ever seen,, great job!! Do you have a tip to make the engine so shinny?
Thanks, I don't remember the dimensions but if you do want to make the engine shiny just remove the existing paint with something like sandpaper or a scotch brite wheel and then use a buffing wheel and buffing wax

Hur mycket kostade det att bygga den och vad sålde du den för?

Köpte moppen för 1500 kr och återanvände nästan allt förutom motordelarna så hela bygget inklusive moppen kostade ca 13 000 och sen bytte jag som sagt mot en slider plus pengar till mig som jag sen bytte mot en 2007 Beta RR som jag fortfarande har kvar

@@SNTMoto I wish I had a supermoto, currently don't have much money and can start riding next summer(then the bike will be ready), bought a 50cc/110cc chopper for 375euros as a start.

Get a bike you liked from a trusted brand and make sure it has a adjustable rear shock so you can adjust it to your preferred height, for example Beta RR and Yamaha DT

Not a fan of the under exhaust but stunning build!!
I was going for a "Hyper/drag racing" look that's why I went with the lift kit spring and underlaying exhaust but normally I would go for a overlaying exhaust but this fit the theme better
I have Rieju RR too but it has motocross wheels on it and i really want supermoto wheels to it, do u have any ideas where i can get those? PS. love ur rieju project :)

It has a lift spring, it was on the bike when I bought it so idk where you can buy it

Yes 1 component metallic car spraypaint and 2 component clear coat spraypaint
what is this can on the engine for?
It's a catch can, incase the carburetor or something floods it will end up in the can instead on the bike or the ground

Vad slippa du fälgarna med?
Hur fick du den där metallic röda färgen?
Köpte den hos min lokala AD Center butik, valde den från färgprov och sen mixade de den (Alfa Romeo metallic röd), typ samma ingredienser som candy red vilket jag skulle ha kört med om jag gjorde om det och om du ska lacka med metallic lack kom ihåg 2k klarlack.
Det här är såhär att jag själv har en Rieju Drac Rr 2003 modell, hade det vart möjligt att göra en total rebuild?

vilken färg använde du och vad heter den
Körde en Alfa roemeo metallic röd billack 1k typ samma som candy röd (vilket jag skulle ha valt om jag skulle börja med den kunskapen jag har nu) och sen 2k klarlack för metallic lack på
Vad använder du för färg? De ser insane ut! Snälla visa hur du har gjort för att få de så shiny och bra!
Billack, blandat efter färgkod och lackat med sprayburk så inget direkt märke på färgen men den är blandad hos en lokal ad center butik dock är det få ad center som blandar färg vad jag förstår.
Har glömt färgkod men det är Alfa romeos verision av "candy red" nästan exakt samma ingredienser och skulle jag göra det igen hade jag kört "candy red"
Det viktigaste när det kommer till att lacka är att alla lager är gjorda för att jobba tillsammans och underarbete gör all skilland, slavarvar man där då syns det på resultatet

Incase the carburetor overflows it will go into the can and not all over the engine

Yes if you use good paint, I used real 2 component car paint with good primer and clear coat

Thanks, I don't understand it now but the guy who owned it before me was 15 bak in like 2010 when monster and stuff got really popular and back then it was monster everywhere that's probably why it's on the bike
How did you Paint it
Sanded down the plastics
Put on a good primer that works with car paint
Spraypainted the plastics with a 1 component Alfa Romeo metallic red car paint
And then to finish it, we put on a 2 component clearcoat that's made for metallic car paint

Stroke = 44mm
Cylinder cc = Base X Height
Base = (radius x radius) x Pi
Base = (24,5mm x 24.5mm) x 3.14 = 1884,785mm
Cylinder cc = 1884,785mm x 44mm = 82 930,54mm3 = 82,93054cm3
To be exact 82.9cc
