People who accused Temples of merely copying early psych failed to see that Temples transcended mere imitation. The first album could rightly fall into the classics of the late 60's without sounding like any of them.
Who of any significance is doing the accusing? Just casual music listeners?? If I heard or read any of that, I’d take it as a compliment, not a complaint. As for those who insist that present day music stinks just tells me that most people are just too lazy to seek out new Artists. Their loss, not mine...

I like this band more than Greta Van Fleet who are more mainstream. I know their sound is not comparable, although both have that 70's vibe.
