- Here it's a video with the most beautiful places on Kefalonia island, Greece.
You can find information about the roads, about the ferry, about the beaches, the most beautiful beaches and about the capital of the island, Argostoli town.
Beaches that are presented in the video: Myrtos, Skala, Antisamos, Makriss Gialos, Xi.
The video shows the ferry road too. We take the ferry from Lefkada island. On the entire road you could see the seashore of the island ( Lefkada island ) until the ferry arrives in the area between Kefalonia and Lefkada.

Been to Kefalonia 4 times now and it never ceases to amaze me. Beautiful island, does have some dangerous roads but 100% one of my favourite greek islands, Skala and Fiskardo are two of my favourite spots :)
I recomend Petani and Platis Ammos and expecially Fteri beaches !

Lovely! My favourite place in the world. I spend as much time there as I possibly can.
Important tip - don't go swimming out of your depth off Myrtos beach, there's some very powerful rip tides and drownings are common. To my knowledge every other major beach is safe to swim off within your capabilities.
My wife's family is from kefalonia, will be in Greece in 3 days, can't wait !!!!!
without a doubt one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere.. anyone planning a trip to Greece I recommend visiting kefalonia . and great food too.

I have also been to kefalonia 2 times and we went to assos it was so beautiful and if you what to fit more in to island life I recommend it

j'ai adoré cette île, la beauté naturelle bien sur, mais surtout l'atmosphère : on s'y sent bien, chez soi. Par contre, d'avis que la pression immobilière que l'on constate dans son développement actuelle, côté Argostoli en autre, doit porter attention de ses habitants et de façon plus globale, éviter le sur-tourisme de masse telle que c'est le cs pour Mikonos en autre, ça serai préjudiciable pour tous. Ne pas perdre de vue que certes il faut développer et profiter de la manne touristique, mais il y a des limites non désirables à atteindre. Pas plus que Corfu et ça sera déjà énorme.

Ps2. Imi poti spune unde se poate face snorkeling?
Ps. M-am abonat și astept clipuri la fel de interesante.
Salutare, 1. pe plaja Myrtos nu sunt taverne, doar un mic bar unde aveau ceva sandvisuri si bauturi. Plaja isi pastreaza destul de bine salbaticia.
2. Snorkeling se poate face in Agia Efimia unde este si un club de Scuba diving 🤿. Din pacate eu nu am mai ajuns acolo dar am facut snorkeling la nivel de amator pe plaja Antisamos.
03:50 este momentul din video care arata putin din experienta mea de pe plaja Antisamos si ce surpriza am avut cand am intrat in apa. 😬
Salutare, am fost in Zakynthos in iulie 2020 ,2 saptamani- era pustiu si cam trist. Voi merge in septembrie in Kefalonia si voi putea face o comparatie.Multumesc pt informatiile din vlog- apropo, m-am abonat.

Buna Bianca, videoclipul este montat in octombrie 2019 cu material filmat in septembrie 2019. Din anumite probleme tehnice abia acum a putut sa apara pe canalul de youtube. Insula nu este una dedicata familistilor, sunt si tineri dar daca doresti cu adevarat sa ai parte de experienta dedicata grupurilor tinere iti recomand Insula Zakynthos! 😇

About beaches
The roads, 5 gears I only ever used 3, don't forget to visit where the Nazis murdered the Italians which is no a film with Nick Cage, Skala pop in to see Denis the owner of a hotel on one side of the road is the beach, you do need to hire a car, catch the ferry when you get off, drive right, keep going right to the top of the map, go through some wonderful villages, finally you're looking down onto a beach with huge brakers, a small cafe, and worth the trip
