Hello, Cole. I'm an old woman now. I was once 22 and had some energy. I've lived in cities most of my life; they are tedious, cramped and oftentimes boring. People get into trouble because they are bored and purposeless. I've had the wonderful experience in living in rural areas with boat loads to do. I've had the best parts of my life in rural living. You help me to remember those good times; I really enjoy seeing you make something of you grandfather's farm, with true purpose. The cleaning videos, the farming videos all mesh together nicely (I really like the cleaning up videos). Thank You for your work.
I don’t know how I found this channel, but I can’t stop watching it. I know nothing about farming but I love watching you clean and organize everything. Keep up the great work! I bet your grandpa would be proud of what you’ve done with his farm
I know Cole is the inspiration to the videos. He has a great head on his shoulders that his parents I’m sure are sooo proud of but don’t forget Cooper, from what I’ve seen in the vids, that boy is a pretty smart cookie with the equipment and farm work ethic too.
I am a 65 year old senior lady who just happened to stumble upon your videos. I am in love with these. I admire your drive and your determination. I became very ill with kidney failure and realized that I could not manage the beautiful garden that I had created. I knew that we were going to sell our home to move into something smaller. My workshop in the basement, in fact, the whole basement was a colossal mess. I asked my husband to remove boxes and whatever I had earmarked to go through, two or three boxes at a time. It took most of the summer but I did it. Every screw, nail and tool sorted. I ended up with four power drills and a number of hammers, as well as every kind of screw you could think of. The mess that I had for years cost me a lot of money. Well done. Sure is satisfying when its completed.
I’m impressed Cole with you being a hardworking young man!!! I’m a master plumber living in the shadow of Philly PA and I am the son of a depression era Dad... he asked me to buy the family home.... I had my own home at the time and was in my thirties when I bought my first place... I redid everything in the place and made it my own.... I sold my place and bought the family home for keeping Christmas at the family home.... been here for years and haven’t made it my place!!! You’re energy has inspired me to get stuff done!!! All the best in your journey!!! Give credit to your parents... they deserve it!!!!
I'm working on the same! So easy just to look past things, but now that we are becoming closer to an empty nest, I can focus on what needs to be done with our house!
I follow several cleaning and organizing vlogs, so the house cleaning video was your first video to reach me. I was highly impressed by your focus and progress, and I loved your personality and Daddy Cornstar’s too. Not in a hundred years did I think I would enjoy a farming channel so much, but I sure do! I’ve been watching your videos every day and have really enjoyed learning the ins-and-outs of running a farm. The Lord has blessed you with this vessel for reaching people and building community. Thank you for answering His call with this channel!
I hope you know these videos give me hope for millenials..... to see a 22 year old not afraid of work. And keeping a farm going warms the heart. Your parents must be proud
1st off y’all seem like a great family. What brought me here was your grandpas farm house video. There are a lot of old house nuts as you can see buy the views on that video. Then I got sucked in, the family dynamic is great , daddy corn is hilarious. Don’t let the pressure of the subscriber jump get to you , change nothing. God Bless. House update would be great too
Same here. The "first cleaning" of the farm house in 40 years is what brought me to the channel! Cole's dynamic energy and positivity is what keeps bringing me back!! (oh yeah, and I love the way he does the videos, with the time lapses, and the narration, like he's speaking to me personally! Love it!)
Me too! I'm addicted. My grandfather's farm looked much like the "before" picture of every single thing you have cleaned up. He saved everything and wasn't the tidiest of men. He also took in the most random things. When he was younger, in the winter he worked as a janitor for a Catholic school. And at some point there must have been a renovation because he was gifted the old statues from the chapel. And while they may be lovely sitting in a church, they are not so lovely slowly deteriorating from weather surrounding by tall grass. There is a point where they actually started to look a little evil. They freaked me out and I avoided them at every opportunity.
Momma and Daddy Cornstar did something right raising such an ambitious, hardworking young man and a Christian too! Keep working hard and keep the faith. I enjoy watching these videos immensely.
Me too! And hubby also. He worked on an Aunties farm each summer from the age of 8 until 16. Age 17 hubby worked carnival. Age 18, he and oldest brother bought a combine and cut wheat. Combine too small, business failed. Hubby was mechanic then and aircraft mechanic now.
This kid deserves a beer. It's fantastic to see his energy and ambition put into the family farm. So many people have this type opportunity in their lap and they throw it away because they are lazy. Good job Cole!
I am like you. I like things in their place and I hate clutter. I give lots of things away and throw lots of things away! YOU are a blessing to the farm! You are great at coming up with a plan and them following through on the plan. I love your videos!
@@ColeTheCornstar my grandma had it on a little plaque in her kitchen all my life. It took a long time for the farm to get messy. It's ok if it takes a long time to clean up as long as you are moving forward inch by inch.

Doing a wonderful job Cole, remember you have to take care of yourself to get those things done so that means eating and sleeping not just enough to barely get ya through or sustain but to keep grow stronger and building the body for the future...

Hey, Cole...just a tip from an old person with now breathing issues, wear a mask with all that work, even though you've done a lot already. Keep up the good work and God bless you!
It is awesome to see that family farms still exist and that the younger generations are keeping them going. My mother's family were all farmers as far back as we can trace. We even have my great-great-grandfather's diploma from Michigan State University for a degree in Agriculture. However, when my great-grandma passed the family farm had to be sold. I wish I would have been old enough to buy it myself. I am not sure I would have been able to farm it on such a large scale but I would have loved to at least have a small self-sustaining farm. I love watching you keep your grandfather's memory alive and happy that so many other people appreciate your videos too.
Hi 👋! I was just wondering how things were coming along for you on the inside our ur house, home repair that sort of thing. I’ve noticed in a few videos it looked like u we’re getting new siding on the house where the wood was looking beat up. That’s the stuff I love seeing. U guys work so hard so I guess ur getting so popular because people like to know there r still hard workers in the world that r grateful instead of spoiled selfish people that have everything handed to them😀 tx 4 sharing as always and keep up the good work! Cole, some of us grew up on farms or in farming communities, but our life's path has taken us away from the farm. I'm in Maryland now and work in downtown Washington DC. It's a far cry from the Ohio farm I grew up on and miss so much. Your video's, Brians, Harmless farmer, Millennial Farmer, WT Farm Girl, Welkers, Farm Hand Mike, and others..........you all bring back some good memories. I don't miss any of your videos and look forward every day to watching them. I know it's hard work getting something on UA-cam, but we really do appreciate all that you all do. You all are living the dream I once had as a kid, but life took me in another direction. Keep'em coming!!!!!
Q&A for ya, you're planning on keeping the farm, I hope? I have a century farm in my family and everyone thinks of it as the roots of our family. Thanks for sharing, Cole!
Another great video... the funny thing about it was, in the background every once in awhile I could see your dad. Was he helping you clean or taking some of the stuff out of the throw away pile... lol. May God bless you and keep you humble. 👍👍🙏🙏
It's so refreshing to see someone as young as you are as dedicated as you are, and watching your videos has given me a better perspective on life. And watching how you family interact with one another, I can see where you got your drive and love of life. Keep up the good work Sir.
It’s bitter sweet cleaning up after another persons life. It’s a wonderful opportunity to appreciate them and also establish your own procedures and your own style of life. It’s a job perfectly geared for an energetic young man. It’s nice. Kinda like it’s designed that way.
Cleaning that farm up and making such great progress is the best way to appreciate the huge gift of the amazing resource your gramma gave you. . We like your attitude, and your positive energy.
So proud of you Cole, I am a fram girl who grew up on a rice fram in Louisiana. It's wonderful to see young people like you that work hard to keep the family farm going.
Hey Cole, it is refreshing to to see a young man such as yourself who actually has the drive and initiative to work these days. You need to thank God every day that momma and daddy cornstar instilled you with a good value system. Nice job man, keep up the good work.
I would love to hear and see more of Momma corn star, she sounds nice, maybe a cooking video? I am a momma too, with two grown boys/men and a husband so I can sort of relate.
I have never seen anyone organize a farm. I spent my Summers with my Grandparents who lived on a farm. Guess that is why I am watching this channel - fun memorizes! And Cole is funny! Now I gotta clean my office.
Thank goodness you are organized! Just took your tour of machinery and property with you. You and your family run the equivalent of a multilevel corporation with FOUR people. THAT IS AMAZING! You gave me insight into why the traditional family farm is slowly dying out as not every family has your family’s maturity, energy, drive and understanding of the mechanics of the farming industry. Cole, your OCD bent will serve you well. I am also glad to hear that you finished your college degree and then tackled the farm. You have my attention as well as my admiration. Kudos to your parents for a job well done.
It's crazy to imagine that this time last year you were recording with an iphone 7. It's amazing to watch and grow with people like you, Brian, Nick, and Zach. Its truly amazing to see more and more people interested in agriculture. Knowledge of where and how our food is produced is very important to society, and you guys are showing it all to us at no expense to us. Thank you!
This is what reality TV should be, but isn’t. There is no created conflict; they give each other a hard time with affection and gentleness. They openly admit they don’t always agree about everything, but they also don’t use this as a platform to air their dirty laundry. People admire the work ethic, learning about the complex business of farming, and (at least for me) LOVE to see order brought from chaos. Cole’s cleaning and organization is absolutely satisfying to watch. Thanks for bringing a practical joy to UA-cam. Happy New Year!
I have been watching so many of your videos the past couple of weeks... I love that you are giving the farm the attention it deserves and telling us what the life of a farmer looks like. Thank you!
I don’t like what you do... I love it. I have several chronic pain issues and to watch you and a completely different lifestyle makes me so happy. Part of me wishes I could do everything y’all do. I have no idea what you’re talking about when you’re explaining everything but I love it. Thank you for sharing your life!! Please don’t ever stop!! ❤️❤️❤️

You are inspiring me to get my garage organized and also my deceased dad’s workshop.
I would love to hear and see more of Momma corn star, she sounds nice, maybe a cooking video? I am a momma too, with two grown boys/men and a husband so I can sort of relate.
Laurie Eymer, same here!
I sent him some clips this week! Now he has to stick them in 😊
@@mommacs6159 Wow! You DO exist! lol. I've been wondering who was washing the filthy clothes, cooking and generally holding everything together!
Cole, you are a RockStar!!! Love how organized you are and love how passionate you are about cleaning up the farm!
"It is OK to let go of things you are not going to use"
Yep
It's crazy to imagine that this time last year you were recording with an iphone 7. It's amazing to watch and grow with people like you, Brian, Nick, and Zach. Its truly amazing to see more and more people interested in agriculture. Knowledge of where and how our food is produced is very important to society, and you guys are showing it all to us at no expense to us. Thank you!
Tomer I still mostly record with my iPhone 7! 😂 I agree. Thank you!
Lol sorry Cole. That’s for the shoutout congratulations on the 100k
You're next LOL.
Brian's Farming Videos thanks buddy ole pal
Thank you!
Congrats on the 100 LARGE Cole !!!
I'm inspired to clean my basement now! That is some impressive work Cole!!!
This is something I love doing. I love to organize.
Want to come to my shop? It would keep you busy for weeks!!!! lol
Badgermatt75 2016 Where is your shop?
Good to see some one who loves the land. I think your grandfather's house is a true gem!
Your videos are amazing I found u a lil over a week ago and I’ve spent way to much time I watched ever single video all of them I’m so excited when your new videos come out

7:35 This is what you find in the dictionary when you look up “satisfying”
You have a brilliant work ethic Cole, and I'm enjoying watching how you're transforming the farm.
cole, cole, cole wow. I sure admire you man, my Dad died last year and I still in the middle of cleaning 100 years of keepsake overload. You are my hero.
I confess to being a hoarder lol. I like your five year rule. Heck, I have stuff I haven't used in 25-30 years. I'll have to get at it. 👍
Question for you, what do you do on your downtime? Actually, do you have any time that you consider free from farm work?
Kelly Corkery great question! I'll include it.
That welder generator would be nice in tool trailer or back of truck that pulls farm trailer
Jeramy Schaub I agree!
Having a better outlook on life is so true. I have 20 acres and lots of stuff and can feel overwhelmed. Watching you take things in digestible chunks has helped to motivate me. thanks.
Never realised how much goes into farming. Both of us here townies are super impressed. Cleaning videos are awesome. Ordinary? Oh no, extraordinary is what you are!
Haha you had me there for a second, didn't think you were going to mention the 100k sub mark. I was like wow, note to self don't play Cole in poker! Big congrats on this milestone, no doubt many more to come along your way.
Mike Gilbert Thank you!

Well done Cole 👍🏻 A organized shop is good shop we all tend to hoard pieces.
The 5 Year we need it or toss it methodology works for me also. 🤘🙏🏻
It's amazing to see someone your age with a great work ethic. Your parents have to be proud!
I wish you were here to do my house and garage. I am amazed by your energy, enthusiasm, and joy.
How does mama Cornstar maintain her composure being surrounded by a family of Cornstars?
WhiskeyKing hanging on by a thread ...jk! I think I'm immune 😂
@@mommacs6159 🤣🤣😂
